Chapter 8
Emma POV
we were finally a family again. the next day I was moving back into the One Direction mansion.
we were enjoying a nice lunch and the door bell rung.
"Mail." harry claimed he opend it infront of us. and one of the envelopes said
CUSTODY ORDER
WHAT????
we all looked at each other when Louis grabbed it and read it.
"Custody of Emma Direction will be decided on July 8th. One Direction vs a foster home who think shes being raised wrong. please come or Emma will be taken away.'' He read out loud.
tears formed on the corners of my eyes. Liam spoke, "Ill call management and the lawyer right now." he ot up to phone them.
"Emma, youll stay with us don't worry." Zayn spoke softly.
"Are you sure Zayn?" I sniffed. Niall looked at me, "Em, we let you get away once but not this time." he said sternly.
Liam came back, "Lads we have to be at the court tomorrow. Its 5 oclock now." I got up and and went to take my shower.
I hour later
I got into my pajamas.

I went downstairs and sat on the couch and watched The Goonies. where were the guys?
about three hours later I went up to bed. I heard whispering coming from the office. I better not listen. I learned my lesson last time. I crawled into bed and had a deep sleep.
THE NEXT MORNING
the guys woke me up with pancakes and bacon on the table. after I finished eating I went up to shower and get dressed.

and finally make up I went with black mascara and black eyeliner with rosy cheeks from my blush. we got in the car in silence. no one spoke the whole way down.
when we got there they put into sections of the court room. the boys were consulting with their lawyer. The tears in my eyes started to form again. The judge looked at me and smiled warmly. She signaled me to come here. I wiped my tears off my face and walked over to her.
"Hi Emma. Why are you crying lovely?" She asked curiously. I looked up at her warm face. "I-I just love the guys so much. I know you don't think they're good for me but I have rules, a curfew, standards for grades-" She shushed me. "Don't worry darling my grand daughter absolutely adores you. Ill make sure you stay with One Direction. But don't tell anyone okay?" I smiled at her my biggest smile. "Thank you so much mam!" I turned around to see all the boys and the foster family looking at me with wide eyes. I looked away and walked back to my seat. the session started and I was asked to take the stand. "Do you swear on the Bible to tell the truth and nothing but the truth?'' "Yes."
The foster family's lawyer came up to ask me questions. "Miss Emma, what is your curfew? Or do you even have one?" He chuckled. I glared at him. "Actually my curfew is at 10:00. and the boys make me call them every hour if im not with them. and when that happens im with security." I said back with confidence. he thought for a minute then asked a question I feared he would ask.
