The Devil's Choice

"Uh-uh-uh. Double stripe!" I heard the television call when I walked into the kitchen. I shut the door behind me and sat Iz's keys on the table.

"Are you up, Izzy?" I couldn't be sure because sometimes she falls back to sleep while watching a movie.

"Yes! I'm so glad you're back! What did you bring me to eat?" She bounced in her seat like a little kid. "And I found Wreck It Ralph!"

"I see. And I went and picked up my Mac order from Macy's so we have new makeup for tonight. Um, I stopped and got MickeyD's and I grabbed a few shakes from Sonic. I also got a few groceries and some stuff we might need if that time of the month comes around. Oh, and I got you this magazine." I pulled the magazine out the bag.

"Ooh! New scandals this week?" She asked, referring to her crazy obsession with the lives of the Kardashians.

"I don't think so. But the Versace and Armani models are really hot. I think I want one of them for Christmas." I smiled and started to peel an orange after pulling off my jacket and combat boots.

"Oh yeah. Santa's coming to town!" She said as she flipped through the magazine, landing on the model.

"Honey, it's April. Santa's not coming to town. Not for a while anyway." I smiled, plopping down next to her.

"Hey! Bitch, don't kill my vibe! A girl can dream." I laughed until I remembered that we had something to do tonight.

"Izzy, what time is it?" She pulled out her Windows 8x.

"It's already four!" She exclaimed.

"Oh, my gosh! We need to start getting ready!"

"B-but... Wreck-"

"Just record it, smart one. It's on demand, too." I shook my head at Izzy about her and her damn Disney movies.

"Fine. Let's just get ready." She followed me upstairs to my room.

Two and a half hours later, we were ready to go. I had crimped my hair and got dressed, ready for the night to start. I was a little skeptical about goin at first but what the hell, right? Now's the time to party.

"Don't we look hot?" Izzy smiled, twirling in her dress.

"Of course! Don't we always?" I smiled back at her. I sat on my bed and laced up my knee-highs. For the first time, Iz had actually picked out an awesome outfit that wasn't the least bit scary... besides for the corset top.

The doorbell went off and Izzy sprinted down the hall in her heels.

"You whore! How can you even run in those?" I screamed at her, jokingly.

"Practice!" She called back, sounding a little winded. I laughed and then came down the stairs, greeted by two-- not one, but two-- sexy faces.

"Hey Niall. Harry." I smiled, politely. I was still afraid I'd see Harry pummeling someone's face in at any given moment. It wouldn't be the first time.

"Hey, ladies. You look very nice." Harry smiled, keeping his gaze on Izzy... and I don't mean her face.

"Thanks." Iz and I said at the same time. I noticed her small blush.

"You look... wow." Niall said, looking me up and down. Again, he was wearing black, head to toe, besides his white high tops.

"So do you." I smiled, feeling my face heat.

"Shall we go then?" Harry asked, still checking out Izzy.

"Yeah." She replied. Niall and I watched them with the amusement clear on our faces. We headed out into the dark night, to an even darker car. Ahhh... a black Suburban. How original, I smirked to myself.

"Izzy! What are you doing?" I screamed, over the loud music.

"I'm dancing! But I'm getting high at the same time!" Oh, God...

"Stop! No running man!" Did I mention Izzy can't dance to save her life? No? Sorry.

"Yes! I think it's good!"

"It's not! It's not good!" I said, downing another Jell-O shot. Those things fuck you up! My head started swimming. "Come down here and dance with me!" I yelled up at her.

"Kay!" She climbed down from the table and headed over to me, almost losing me in the fog of smoke. Once she got in my proximity, she grabbed my arm and lead me to the cleared out room, meant for dancing. We swayed our hips in perfect unison. When did she learn that? It wasn't long before Harry came up behind Izzy. He placed his head in the crook of her neck and whispered something to her. She nodded her head, vigorously.

"Bye babe!" She said, leaving me. But I was too drunk to care. Once I saw some kid run by, stark naked, screaming, "Best Party Eveeeeeeer," I closed my eyes and let the beat overtake me.

I felt that familiar coldness chill my veins, but this time, I didn't mind.

"I missed you so much, baby." A husky voice said behind me. I don't know why, but I thought it was Niall. He started moving behind me, hands tightly on my hips. I didn't reply. I just swayed with the music and rumble of his voice.

"Did you miss me, too?" I still didn't respond. His lips kissed my neck and even though I liked him a little, I knew that was moving too fast. But I was drunk... so I didn't say anything. Even though I'm not a fan of PDA.

"I don't know why you left me. You know I love you." And his hot, alcohol influenced breath fanned over me. I turned around fast. Too fast. My head started spinning but not too much for me to know that the face I was met with didn't belong to Niall.

"Josh..." I started, but I wasn't saying it softly. My voice was hard and I was warning him to back the fuck up.

"You still love me, too. Don't you?" I wanted to say that I never felt that way about him but my lips wouldn't move and the words wouldn't come out.

Before I knew what was happening, he had grabbed my hand and was dragging me through the crowd. I tripped over my Converse All Stars as I tried to slow my pace. I clawed at his hand, trying to get away. Obviously, he's a lot stronger than me... physically. He pushed me through an open door and slammed it behind us.

"Tell me you love me." He groaned, kissing me hard. His hands touched places they weren't supposed to. "Say it, Devi!" He ran his hands to my back, removing my jacket and trying to undo the corset shirt. I finally found my voice when his hands grazed my cleavage.

"I don't love you. Get off me."

"What are you saying? Of course you love me!" He was desperate to hear me say it. His pupils were heavily dilated.

"I don't. And I'm done with you. Get off of me!" I was afraid he would try and do more than he should. I was a virgin, after all, and he definitely wasn't the person I wanted to lose it to.

"Devi, just... just tell me you love me! Please!" He gripped my hip hard with one hand, the other still working on my corset. I managed to get my hands from wedged between us. I tried to push him away.

"She said get off of her, Adsen. I'm sure you wouldn't want Coach hearing about this." Niall appeared in the doorway, looking like a fallen angel in his all black attire and blonde hair.

"Stay out of this." Josh grumbled at Niall. Niall walked in the room.

"Let the girl go." I looked down, feeling my blood rush colder. Sure enough the Ouroboros was spinning and my veins were glowing blue. He wouldn't back down. Josh, I mean.

"What's going on here?" Louis walked in, examining the situation. I kept my mouth shut.

"Joshie, here, seems to think it's okay to harass women. Against their will." Niall said.

"Oh, really?" Lou asked, stepping closer until he was in Josh's face.

"This doesn't concern you, Tomlinson." Josh said. He just doesn't know when to shut up. The playful look fell off Lou's face and he got angry. Really angry.

"It does now. Niall, get her out of here." Niall moved me from behind Josh and led me out, but not before I could see Lou pound his fist into Josh's face and hear Josh's cry of pain.
