Xoe, commonly known as XoXo3, is a famous fashion/make-up vlogger. She's kind, pretty, funny, loves pastel colours and suffers from abnormal aphenphosphobia. It's started to become so bad that the slightest touch will send her into a panic attack. So what happens when this no where close to normal, avid reader, fashion vlogger that spends 9 am to 6 pm serving rude kids ice cream meets One Direction's Niall Horan?
