Eleanor's POV; "Niall. Please stop crying." I say to him. "I could lose her. and I didn't say bye. I'm a bad boyfriend. I wasn't there for her!" Niall said crying. "Niall. No your not! Your her whole world. You were there for her every step of the way. Your not gonna lose her and she's gonna make it." I say. It's about 10:00 pm. Me and Louis are just making out while the other boys fell asleep. Niall is still awake on his phone. Tweeting about some stuff. Then the doctor come's in. "Eleanor it's time for another operation. We're gonna operate on your bruises the bullet made in your arm." The doctor said to me. "Oh. Um okay." I said. "Love you." Louis said to me. Then kissed me. Other doctors came in and took my bed into the emergency room. "CLEAR!" I heard a doctor scream. I got worried.

Zayn's POV; I fell asleep on a chair in the hospital room. I then woke up. All the girls were gone. The other lads were also asleep. Except Niall. "Niall, where are the girls?" I asked him. "In operation." He said. Then I saw a bunch of doctors bring in Perrie. I stood up and walked to the bed. "She needs some rest, so time to say goodnight to her." The doctor said and walked out of the room. I sat on a tiny spot of the bed and stroked her hair. I leaned in and kissed her forehead and she woke up. "Zayn. Baby. I missed you." She said to me. "I missed you to. Now give me and kiss and go back to sleep." I said. She grabbed the back of my head and kissed me. After she went back to sleep.

Niall's POV; Zayn got her girl back. Crystal is still in operation and Eleanor just started. "Louis. You okay lad?" I asked him. "huh. Oh yeah. I'm really tiered let me go back to sleep." Louis said and closed his eyes. Harry woke up. "Oh look Perrie's back." Harry said. "Oh where's Eleanor?" He asked. "She's in operation." I said to her. Harry then took out his phone and went on Twitter.
"Lad Crystal's back." Harry said pointing at the bed. I look up from my phone and saw Crystal. Laying on that bed. "Thanks lad." I said patting his back. I pulled up a chair beside her bed and grabbed her hand. "Babe I'm so sorry. I haven't been the best boyfriend. I left you. When I came back, I thought you died. I cried so much. My eyes are red now. I love you lots. I haven't been very supportive. I haven't been there for you. I don't deserve a caring girlfriend like you." I said to her. She opened her eyes and looked straight at me. "I don't believe that. Your the best boyfriend I've ever had. No need to say sorry. You've done nothing wrong. Now come give me a kiss baby." She said to me. I sat on the bed close to her, I leaned in closer to her and gave her a kiss. We made out for a few minutes then the doctor came in. "Oh Niall. She needs some rest. You can sleep with her if you'd like." The doctor said then gently made some space on the bed for me. "Thank you." I said then lying down beside her. She kissed my cheek then looked into my eyes. "Why were you crying. When you cry, I cry." She said. "Because I was afraid. I was scared that past away." He said. I saw Zayn was sleeping with Perrie and the other lads got a bed. I then looked at Crystal's hand. "You still have it." I said. "Have what?" She asked. "The ring. You kept it." I said. "Of course. During my operation, all I thought of was you. You know Niall, You let me go. you did. And I came back. Which now means. I'm yours." She said. I got teary. "No no no. Don't cry!" She said hugging me. "You should rest now baby." I said. "Okay. Don't stay up to late." Crystal said to me then closing her eyes.
