Thanks girls arms not broken but it might take a couple days to heal doc said its just a deep bone bruise :( and I've signed up for a recovery program to help with my depression. And anxiety.. Love ya guys XOXO

I was on my counter getting something and when I jumped down my foot popped and ankel rolled and I fell to the ground... It looked like a circus going on in my room
