There's an icon in the fourth box of your toolbar. I hope you see it cause I can't explain more, it's like a small picture of two mountains and a sun and it reads 'Image' when you put your pointer over it. Press it and a window will open. Paste the url of your picture, you know. You find the picture on the net and you click right and click 'Copy Image Location'. You paste it on the URL text box and then decide the width of it. I usually write 200 width. I hope this helped ;)
