*June’s POV*

“Are we ever going to talk about it?” I pipe up. Everyone had gathered at our regular lunch table. Everyone, except Harry and Bella who were running a little late, and Destiny, who was probably never going to come back.

“No.” Elizabeth quietly says, shaking her head.

“Harry’s not here, this is the only time we get to talk to it.” I insisted.

“Why do we even need to talk about it?” Elizabeth snapped at me.

“Because she is – was, our damn friend. The least we can do is know what’s up.” I snapped back.

“What a friend? Right. So, I guess you forget about the whole part where she ditched up and cut of us altogether, because why? No one knows.” Ally sassed back, siding with Elizabeth.

“Listen to me–.“ I started.

Liam cut me off, “No, June. Just don’t anymore. She made her choice. She is gone. If Harry catches you trying to bring her up again, he won’t be too happy, and he’ll snap at you.”

“What happened to you having faith in her?” I shot back.

“We all had faith. She just broke it.” Mabel slowly says, a frown playing on her lips.

“Besides, people are saying she went a-wall afterwards, there’s nothing left of the Destiny we knew,” Niall added.

“How would you know?” Zayn questioned him, “Owen hasn’t said a word about her to anyone, and I’m pretty sure he was the last person that talked to her.”

“Probably because Owen doesn’t know, either.” Niall pointed out, scoffing when Zayn said ‘talked’.

“She probably became a slut,” Amanda says as she and Neal joined at the table.

“Don’t you dare, Amanda. I’ve known Destiny my whole life. This isn’t her.” Neal declares. “I still can’t believe she lost it to Owen. I really don’t.”

“Well, keep it quiet now. Harry’s coming.” Louis warned everyone. Immediately, everyone played fake smiles on their faces so Harry wouldn’t notice we were talking about Destiny, again.

“So, the weather’s nice.” Niall quickly stuttered, causing everyone to start laughing.
