Hard Fall

Savannah's p.o.v.

I woke up to the sound of shuffling, and Niall went home last night. I turn onto my side and open one eye. I see someone in my closet, clothes flying everywhere. Emma, of course. I sit up and watch as she tosses clothes around looking, for something.

"Excuse me..." I say, and giggle. She doesn't here me, and continues to look around my room.

"Emma!" I yell.

She jumps and turns around. "Oh hey, I didn't know you were awake" she says.

"Why are you here?" I ask not trying to be rude.

"I need help!" She says looking stressed.She runs to my bed and sits down next to me.

"With what?" I ask.

"Harry asked me out on a date, and I have nothing to wear" she say laughing.

"Okay... give me all the details.." I say excited.

"Well it happened right after we left your place last night.. we started to leave and he stopped me and asked if I wanted to go out with him. So I said yes, and here we are" She said.

"Where are you going? When will he be here?" I ask.

"He kept it a surprise, and 1pm" She says cheekily.

"Well it's 11am, so you should start getting ready don't you think?" I say excitedly.

"Well, not that you have destroyed my closet.. go into the bathroom and I'll find something" I say.

She walks into the bathroom, while I search. I manage to find a cute sweater, jeans, and some furry boots.

I ended up doing a smokey eye, and to finish off the look I curled the bottom of her hair.

Harry's p.o.v.

I asked Emma out on a date. I think I'm going to take her to the fair, that is kind of on the outskirts of town.

When I get out of my car, I pick up the rose sitting on the seat. Hopefully she'll like it.

As I walk up to Savannah's door, knowing she'd be there. I begin to get nervous. I am about twenty minutes early so I knock on Niall's door instead. He can help me with the nerves. He opens up and happily invites me in.

"Hey, I didn't know ya were gonna drop by" He says still in his joggers.

"I wasn't going to, but I have a date with Emma, and I"m nervous" I say.

"Aww is Hazza nervous to go out with a pretty girl?" He says mockingly in a baby voice.

"No.. Well not exac-, fine yes I am" I say annoyed.

"What can I do mate?" He asks.

"I don't know, don't you ever get nervous when going out with Savannah?" I ask confused.

"I don't really, I find it quite easy to go out with her, in fact, it feels natural" He says honestly.

"I wish I was that confident.." I say discouraged.

"Hey man, you'll do great. Just be you, and she'll met" He say kindly.

"Thanks mate. I gotta run, or I'll be late" I say and laugh.

"Yeah don't trip in the 3 meters it'll take you to get there" He laughs, the only way Niall can.

When I get back to Savannah's door, I can hear Emma talking. She sounds like she's freaking out. I quickly knock on the door, and can hear Savannah quietly calming her and telling her to go to the room. The door opens, and Savannah is there.

She smiles and let's me in. She gestures towards the couch. "Emma will be out momentarily" she says sweetly.

I nod, and remain there. Soon after that she comes out. She looks beautiful. More than beautiful. I stood up. And smiled, because no words were coming to mind at the time. My mind literally went blank. After standing there for an awkward minute like an idiot. I finally spoke.

"You look gorgeous" I say still gobsmacked.

She blushes, and turns her head. I kiss her cheek, still hiding the rose. I gesture towards the door. And she immediately moves. When we make it to the car, I hand her the rose, and she smiles up at me from under her lashes.

We get in the car and she hums along with the radio. It's one of our songs. Drag me down to be specific. I start singing along with it, and when I finish. She stares up at me with amazement. I smile, and she blushes.

When we make it to the fair, we both get out and it's quite crowded. I walk around the car, to open her door for her. Hoping people don't notice us, I start to walking up to the gates.

Well I guess I hoped for too much. People notice me fast and started to come up, wanting autographs.

Emma got squished fast, and I could tell that I already screwed up my chances with her, and this date. We hurried back to the car, i holding onto her hand so she didn't get lost in the crowd.

We got into the car, and I drove away fast. I couldn't distinguish her expression.

All she said was "wow".

"I'm sorry about that, them. I feel horrible, and I didn't mean to put you in that position" I say sadly.

"Hey, hey, it's okay. That was kind of cool." She says kindly.

I honestly don't think I could like this girl anymore than right now.

"I have this small bakery that I have always loved. We can be alone there, if you want" I ask.

"A bakery sounds lovely" She says sweetly.

How is it going? It's been awhile and I want to say I am sorry. Hopefully this chapter will make up for some of the absence.
