A few days later I walk with Nikki to school.
Asshole drove away without me.



"Today's my last day of detention." I smirk at Nikki.
"Last day detention with Ashton." She smirks back.


"Stop! It's not funny!" I push her away.
Okay, I may have admit to her that I have a teeny tiny bit of a crush of Ashton. Which was the biggest mistake ever.


We walk into the school and I see Mike talking to Ashton while leaning against the lockers.


"You asshole! You just drove away without me!" I slap him at the back of his head.


"You could've called me." Ashton shrugs.


Even though his comment made me blush a little bit, I ignore him.


"I told you to come down!" Mike defends himself.
I roll my eyes.


"Where's Calum?" I ask, just really wanting to see him.
"Why do you wanna know?" Mike asks.


"I gotta copy homework from him." I lie.
"May..." Mike warns.


"If you're not gonna help then I'll find him myself." I turn around and walk away.


I walk through the school halls, trying to find Calum.


I'm suddenly grabbed by my waist and I smile.
"Guess three times."


"Calum." I smile as I turn around.


He smiles cheekily as he give me a quick kiss.
"Hey babe."


"So, your last day of detention." He smiles.
"You're just glad that Ashton and I don't need to clean classrooms together anymore."


He sighs.
"I really like the lad, it's just that he's after you."
"He isn't after me Calum.."


"He is, I can see it the way he looks at you. I don't like it."
"Stop being so jealous."


"I gotta protect my girl."
"I can protect myself."


"Okay, I wanna ask you one thing."
"Go ahead."


"When your detention is over, I don't want you to speak to him anymore."
"What?" I back away a little.


"No way Calum, he's my friend. Just like Luke and James, I'm not gonna break contact with him only Because you're being a jealous piece of shit."


"It's me, or him."
"You can't make me choose!"


"I see. You like him."
"Calum I like you!"


"Then choose for me."
"I can't!"


"Because you like Ashton."
"Calum, stop being so dramatic."


"I'm not, I'm just asking you."
"you're basically asking me if I'm cheating on you."


"Maybe I am."
"Why are you being such a dick?!"


"May, Look at yourself.."
"No, I don't want to!"


"Well, call me when you know who you want."
"You're breaking up with me?" I say barely above a whisper.


He nods and turns around to walk away.
"Fine! I don't even want to be with such a jerk like you!" I yell after him before turning away and running into my next class.


The whole day I'm not really there. I still need to think about what Calum said to me..


Well, technically you did cheat on him with Ashton.. and you like Ashton too... The voice in my head smirks.


That's not helping..
I just can't believe that he would ask me such a thing.


But that thing is true..


It doesn't matter anymore..
We broke up..


I sigh as I walk into the classroom that I need to clean.


"Hey Cutie." Ashton greets me with a smirk.


I ignore him and begin to clean.


"What's wrong?" He walks to me and makes me look at him.


Tears fill my eyes as I look away..

"Hey, what happened?" He cups my chin and I see a worried look in his eyes.


"Calum and I... we broke up.."
