Niall and I land in London almost 5 hours later. We rush over to the hospital and once we get inside the lady at the front desk sends us to the operating waiting room.

“Why are they in the OR waiting area?” I think to myself

When Niall and I round the corner I see Maura, Taylor, Lou, Zayn, Harry, Anne and Liam.

“Oh my god there you are” Taylor and Maura get up to hug me

“What is going on” Niall asks

“Well I was watching Brynlie and Olivia play outside while the other kids were taking naps. They were just running around playing some football when Bryn came up to me and said she wasn’t feeling well. So we came back inside and she just collapsed. That’s when I called for Taylor she called 911 while I did CPR on her until the medics got to the house then we came here.” Harry explained

“Mr. and Mrs. Horan?” a nurse calls us

We get up and follow her out and into a separate room so she can speak with us.

“Ok so Brynlie as you know has pulmonary stenosis, which is the narrowing of that central valve in her heart. From what I understand she was playing kind of hard, running around and such and then collapsed? The Doctor thinks that is because her heart was pumping way too fast to keep the blood flowing and she went into mild cardiac arrest. The doctor is prepping her now for surgery, he is going to be putting in a stent to open up that narrowing spot in the valve.” The nurse explains to us

I look at Niall and start to cry. How can this be happening to my baby girl right now?

“Um ok can we see her before she goes back?” Niall asks

“Yes you all can come in”

I go with the nurse to Brynlie’s room while Niall goes to get everyone else. When I walk into the room I see my baby girl lying on the gurney with a whole bunch of wires all over her. The good thing though is she is awake.

“Momma” she cries

“Hi baby how’re ya feeling?”

“Not too good mommy… where’s daddy?” she asks

“Daddy will be in her soon sweetheart”

Not a minute later Niall walks into the room with the rest of the crew following behind him.

“Daddy” Brynlie shouts “I missed you”

“Hi love, daddy missed you too”

We sit and visit with Bryn for a few minutes and with each other before the doctor comes back in. He explains further what he is going to do, we give Bryn a kiss and hug.

“Be brave baby girl, momma and daddy and everyone loves you so so much” I whisper to her before going with the others to the waiting room.

HARRY POV:

Cassie looks so worried, she has been plastering that fake smile on her face all night. It makes me kind of sad to see that she is so upset and there isn’t anything I can do about it. She hasn’t said anything to me since her and Niall had arrived an hour ago. I decide to go sit on the sofa and flip through the channels on the telly. I was just starting to doze off when I hear a small voice.

“Daddy is Brynnie gonna be ok?” Olivia asks me tears in her eyes

“Oh love yes your sister is going to be just fine”

“I’m scared daddy she’s my best friend besides Olli, Thomas and Jo.” She tells me.

“Sweet pea Brynlie will be better before you know it. You guys will be playing again before you know it.” I tell her

“Hey Livy why don’t you go play with the others for right now” Cassie walks over.

Cassie sits on the sofa next to me and lies her head on my shoulder.

“What am I gonna do Harry?”

“What do you mean?”

“I can’t lose her, Bryn is all I have of Niall” she says

“Cassie you sound crazy! You have Niall. You have him and his love forever, what more could you want?” I tell her

“Yea” is all she says a tear slipping out of her eye

“Thank you for calling me Harry”

“Of course I would call you. She’s your daughter and if I hadn’t of called you, you would be killing me right now”

“Well yeah that’s true” she laughs

We sit for hours in the waiting room for Bryn to get out of surgery. We made a makeshift bed area for the kids to sleep on while we sprawled out on the sofa’s and chairs. It was almost six hours later when the doctor came out asking to speak with Niall and Cassie.

They were gone for almost ten minutes before they came back; both of them in tears.

Cliffhanger!! Sorry i haven't be as faithful as i said i was. Summer has been super hectic already with my kids. Hopefully these next few weeks will be alot calmer now, anyways i love you all XOXO
