“Harry I don’t know what to do” I say

“well you love him right?”

“Yeah”

“Then marry him. You’ve been engaged to him before, if you love him the do it” Harry tells me

“Thank you Harry, you’re the best friend anyone could ask for”

I think I’ve made my decision.. but I’m nervous

“So how are the kids doing, I miss my little buddy?” Harry asks me

“Oliver and Olivia are doing great. They’re hell on wheels… just like their dad” I tell him

“Harry are you feeling ok?” I ask

“Yeah just a little sick, nothing too serious”

“Are you sure? I can get the nurse” I tell him

“No, I’m ok”

Harry and I sit and chat for a while before Liam, Sophia, Niall, Louis and Zayn show up. Niall asks to speak with me so I follow him to the hall for a minute to talk to him. I have an idea what it is about but I’m still very nervous to tell him that I will marry him.

Niall POV:

“So what’s up?” Cassie asks

“Can we talk, go somewhere quiet….more private?” I say

I lead Cassie to the end of the hallway and around the corner to a family room. We walk in and I shut the door behind me that way I know no one will hear me.

You see yesterday I came up to see Harry and over heard the doctor telling him that his blood count was going down instead of up and that the chemo has stopped working. He also told him that there is a new drug that they can try but it isn’t guaranteed to work. The only thing is telling Cassie I don’t want to upset her but she has to know.

“Cassie Harry’s dying!” …yeah that was calm I think to myself

“Wait what?”

“I overheard Haz and the doctor speaking yesterday. He’s stopped responding to chemo and his blood count is going down” I tell her

“But he can’t die… what about Oliver and Olivia?” she starts to cry

“I know Cassie… I know” I say embracing her

After a few moments of cry and comforting each other we go back down the hall. As we turn the corner I see Soph, Liam, Zayn and Louis standing outside the door all with horrifying looks on their faces.

“Cassie I forgot to shut the door to that room can you go shut it for me please” I ask Cassie

“Uh yeah sure” she says

I hurry down to Zayn and ask what is going on. Zayn explained that they were all talking and laughing when Harry said that his head was hurting. Then they carried on talking and stuff when Harry started to convulse and his monitors started to go haywire.

“So what are they doing now?” I ask

“Um they’re trying to re…revive him” Zayn chokes

“WHAT!”

“Ni.. N..Niall what is he talking about?” Cassie comes around the corner tears in her eyes.

“Cassie” is all I can get out

After two hours of waiting for information on Harry the nurse finally comes to tell us what is going on.

“Can I speak to Liam please?” she says

Liam gets up and goes to the hallway to speak with the nurse.

Liam POV:

“Ok Mr. Payne, Mr. Harry Styles is stabilized on a ventilator but will remain in the CCU and in a coma until his body decides to wake up”

“So do we know what exactly caused this to happen?” I ask

“As of now, no we do not know. The doctor is going to do some more testing tomorrow but for now we are going to let him rest.” The nurse tells me

“OK well I’ll let the others know then, thank you.”

I go back to the room and tell everyone what I know. After comforting one another for a while we decide to go home and wait to hear from the doctor tomorrow.

Cassie POV:

Niall and I go back to his house. Taylor has been here with the kids all day and doesn’t know about Harry. So Niall and I tell her everything, then gets the kids ready for bed. I take a shower and crawl into bed next to Niall.

“Casse? Have you thought about what I’ve asked you?” Niall says

“Yes I have matter of fact… Niall I love you and never want to lose you again, so my answer is yes…yes I will marry you”
