Here To Stay {Book 3}
Chapter Eight
**Four Days Later**
I've been worried about Cassie for days now. She's still in a coma of sorts. The boys and I were supposed to start the tour up again two days ago but seeing she's in a "coma" and Olivia is still missing, the tour will just have to wait for now.
The boys have been helping me with Brynlie. I haven't left Cassie's side since they brought her back from death. Harry brings Bryn up during the day then Liam and Zayn take her home at night while Harry stays for a little while. It's a real team effort, I owe these guys my life.
"Hey have you heard anything from the detective about Olivia?" I ask Harry
"They said they found hair in the girls' room and were sending it to the lab for testing." Harry says
"That's great, when will they know?"
"Yesterday they were supposed to call and didn't" Harry said
I feel so bad for Harry. He's been moping around for days now. He's been hanging around the hospital waiting for a lead that will find Olivia.
**Ring Ring**
Harry's phone started ringing. He looks at the caller ID and his eyes light up.
"Hello" he says
Harry POV
"Mr. Styles, this is detective Martin with London police"
"Hello, please tell me you have good news.. Please" I plead
"I'm not sure if YOU would consider it good... we do! but yes we do have a lead...hopefully " he says
"Ok...who is it?" I ask
"Mr. Styles we believe it may be your sister. The hair found in Olivia's crib belongs to Gemma Styles." Detective Martin says
"What! Gemma!" I shout
"Yes do you know her whereabouts Mr. Styles?"
"I can promise you that I will find out. Let me call my mum and her. I will call you back...thank you" I tell him
"Niall they said the hair belongs to Gemma!" I say to him
"So does that mean she did this to Cassie then too?" He asked
"I don't know but I will get to the bottom of it" I say
I go home that night after talking to my mum. Neither one of us can get in touch with Gemma.... Go figure. When I get home I find Zayn and Liam trying to calm down Brynlie.
"Mate she's been fussing for hours now" Zayn says
"Have you changed her, fed her?" I ask
"Well...no we haven't" Zayn says
"Give her here. Well first of all her diaper is full and she's probably hungry and misses her mum and dad." I say
I take Brynlie upstairs and change her. I put some new pajamas on her then go back to the kitchen to feed her. When she's done I make a bottle and go up to my room. I lie her down in the middle of the bed and crawl In on my side turning on cartoons. Brynlie decides she wants to lie across my chest and falls asleep quickly.
2:00 A.M.
My phone starts buzzing. I ignore it at first, but it won't stop. So I roll over and answer it quietly so I don't wake Brynlie.
"Erm Ello"
"Harry, great news mate" Niall says loudly
"Niall what could have possibly happened at two in the morning?" I say yawning
"Cassie, she woke up... She's awake" Niall says
"Seriously when!? What has she said?" I ask more alert now
"She woke up about 1:30. She hasn't said much but she knows where she is and who we are... She hasn't forgotten us" Niall says excitedly
"That's amazing Niall, I'm so glad she's awake now. We'll let her rest before we start asking questions about what happened" I tell him
"Yeah I agree mate...well I'll let you get back to sleep. Give Bryn a kiss for me... Thank you Haz, I appreciate all the support " Niall says
"No problem mate. Well be up in the morning" I tell him
We hang up the phone and I roll over to the sweet angel sprawled out on the bed beside me. I lean down and give her a sweet gentle kiss on the cheek.
"Your momma is awake now baby girl." I whisper to Brynlie
She's Awake.
