I feel an arm drape over my waist. As I roll over I see Harry sleeping soundly next to me. I lie there staring at his beautiful angelic face. Olivia looks just like him dark curly hair, green eyes and light complexion. pure beauty. Just as Brynlie looks just like Niall she got his blonde hair and blue eyes. Except for her hair has darkened into an ash blonde now but still has the Bluest of eyes. My phone starts to ring so I rolled back over to grab it from the nightstand.

"Hello my sexy prince" I say

"Hi good morning love, I just wanted to wish you luck in court today and to tell you I love you" Niall says

"Thank you baby I love you too"

Niall and I are still talking about nonsense when Harry pulls himself closer to me. I can feel that he has an erection but is still asleep and apparently doesn't know it.

"Jesus Christ" I say

"What!?" Niall says

"Oh sorry nothing I almost dropped my phone"

"Oh ok well baby I have to go to rehearsal so I'll call you tonight" Niall says

"Ok I love you" I tell him

I hang up and toss my phone to the stand. I tried to get out of Harry's grip but I can't.

"No please don't go" he mumbles

All of a sudden Harry grabs my boob and kisses me on the neck.

"Harry!" I shout Startled

"Huh what!?" He jolts up

"Uh hello what are you doing? I see you're having sweet dreams"

"Oh my god Cassie im so sorry. I was dreaming... I... I didn't mean to violate you" he rambles on

"Harry its fine its boob don't stress over it" I say

I'm not going to lie that did turn me on a little bit, but I can't. I can't mess with his head like that. So I brush it off, we get up and get ready for the day. I get the girls fed and changed. Taylor is going to babysit again so we can finish this trial. Gemma has already been charged but this will make it official. The jury will determine if she's guilty or not.

Harry and I go out to his Range Rover we sit in silence for a moment before Harry grabs my hand .

"It'll be ok, she's not getting out. She's going to pay for what she did" he tells me

Niall calls me just as we pull up to the court house.

"Hey babe I just wanted to call and see how you were" he says

" I'm kind of freaking out my anxiety is crazy right now. But Harry Thinks she will be put away for a long time though."

" YEAH there's no way she's being set free. NOT after you almost died from your injuries and kidnapping Olivia" Niall reassures me

"Ok i trust you. We're at the doors now so I'll call you when this whole thing is over... I love you Niall" i tell him

"I love you too Cassie" he says before hanging up.

The trial goes on and on for six hours. Then the jury took another two hours to make a decision. My heart starts racing as they all come back into the room and when the judge comes in Harry grabs my hand to hold it tightly. The judge asks the jury what their verdict is.

"We the jury find in the case of Gemma Styles versus Cassandra McGavin... GUILTY! of attempted murder in the first degree"

I almost collapsed as the verdict is read out. Harry catches me he holds me tightly and very close to him as the Jury goes on.

"We the jury find in the case of Gemma Styles versus Olivia Styles...GUILTY! of kidnapping in the first degree"

Harry shouts and I start to cry. This is a great Gemma will be going away for a long time. I do feel sorry for Anne but Gemma did this, she broke our families apart.

" Gemma Styles please rise. The court has found you guilty of first-degree kidnapping and first-degree attempted murder. Sentencing will take place one week from today. DO you have any last words ma'am? " the judge asked

" Yes I would like to say sorry to my mother and sorry to my brother Harry. I never meant any harm to Livy. I can't say that for HER though. She looks my way. Also I want to let you know I am pregnant and I'm 100% positive the father is Niall" Gemma says as she's taken away.

After hearing that last bit I fall into my seat. I don't know what to think he promised me nothing happened between them. Harry is on his knees in front of me now.

"Cassie, please don't listen to her she's insane. we will get to the bottom of this Cass. I promise...Casssie?...say something." Harry says

"He promised nothing happened"
