Chapter 96

I sat on the sofa caressing my growing stomach gently. Harry was currently picking up my parents and his with Dale and Darcy. I was feeling sick when it was time for them to leave so Harry told me to stay behind. He was going to tell my parents that I was working on something and he didn't want to interrupt me. I leaned my head back and tried to will my stomach into settling. I felt like I was going to be sick again.
"Please, baby. Please not today." I begged the child inside of me. I was startled by the feeling of someone sitting down beside me. My eyes shot open quickly to see Sophia next to me.
"Sorry. Didn't mean to scare you." She smiled weakly. I shook my head and inhaled deeply. "Feeling sick?" She asked with a worried tone. I nodded slowly. "How bad does it get? The morning sickness?" Sophia inquired gently.
"You mean the morning sickness that can't tell time and hates my husband's cologne that I used to love?" I asked her with an attitude. I lifted my head, "It sucks." Sophia nodded and looked around nervously. "Sophia, what's on your mind, honey?" I asked with a softer tone.
"Have you noticed that you and Harry refer to each other as 'my husband' and 'my wife' when you're not even married yet?" She asked with a tiny smile.
I nodded, "Yeah. I'm going to marry the man. Why should I have to call him by something else? I love him. I have a family with him. I am going to spend the rest of eternity with him. Husband is the right word." Sophia nodded. "That's still not what you wanted to talk about. I'm sure you didn't come over here to speak to me about my word choice and morning sickness."
"Actually, I did." Sophia stated. "Well the morning sickness anyway." She said nervously.
"Why do you want to know about my upchuck reflex?" I was feeling sightly annoyed because I didn't feel good and she wouldn't get to the point.
"How far along were you when it started?" She inquired quietly.
I shrugged, "It comes and goes. I was really sick for a while. Stopped when I got here. So about a month in." Sophia nodded then appeared to be deep in thought.
"What are some signs? You know of being pregnant?" She asked.
"Nausea. I get lightheaded. They say tenderness in your breasts and you know lack of period. Loss of appetite, increased appetite. Aversion to smells and stuff are most common. Why?" I was less annoyed and more curious.
"I haven't had a period yet. Two weeks late. And I'm cranky. I haven't been feeling good in the morning and before we go to bed." Sophia whispered. My eyes widened with happiness.
"Have you been to a doctor?" I inquired leaning closer to her. She shook her head quickly. "Um, we're supposed to tell our parents today but I can go with you tomorrow? My mum and Anne can watch Darcy while Harry works. I'll go with you." Sophia nodded quickly. "Have you told Liam?" I whispered.
She shook her head, "Oh no. I don't want him to get his hopes up. The last time I thought I was but wasn't, he was really torn up about it. But I just...I feel different you know, this time."
"Tomorrow we'll go. I promise. I will get my sick ass out of bed and we will go." I assured her. Sophia nodded slowly. I sat myself up and wrapped my arms around her tightly. I kissed her cheek fiercely. "I love you, Sophia. I'm so happy for you." I whispered in her ear.
"I love you too, Enola." She replied with a teary voice. I held her tighter but when she squeezed me back, I felt nauseous again.
"Oh Soph, let go. Let go." I pleaded. She released me quickly and I ran to the bathroom.

Harry arrived with my parents and his only a few moments after I had changed into one of his larger button down shirts. I wanted to hide the growing bump. I ran my hand through my hair and kissed his cheek when he came to me. Harry looked disappointed.
"I've been getting sick all morning. I don't think you want to kiss me." I whispered.
Harry frowned and ran his hand through my hair, "Anything I can do, baby?"
"Besides you carrying this baby, no." I replied with a tiny laugh. He nodded and kissed my forehead. "Are they asking questions? Was my mom nice to you?" I asked quickly.
Harry laughed, "No. No questions yet. And yes, your mother was nice to me." I kissed his cheek again before walking over to my mother.
"Hey Mama." I smiled and hugged her gently. I didn't want anyone to squeeze me. I was afraid I was going to be sick again already, squeezing would help nothing.
"Hi my baby." She kissed my cheek lightly.
"Hi Daddy." I hugged him just as carefully as I had my mother.
"My sweet girl." He kissed my hair tenderly. Anne, Robin, Desmond, Gemma and I all exchanged sort kisses on the cheek as a greeting. "Well, why did you and Harry invite us out?" My father asked, looking around in awe.
"For the look on your face." I chuckled. "He thought it would be nice. You and Mama have never seen a show and I think he missed his Mummy."
"Heey." Harry called out to me with a warning tone. I giggled and took my sleeping child from Anne. "She was so excited on the way there that she passed out on the way back." Harry informed me with a laugh.
"Your child." I grunted teasingly. "Soph, can you hold Darcy?" I asked her with a smile. She happily nodded and reached out for my toddler. I looked to Harry and whispered, "Ready?" He gave a single nod.
He took my hand and smiled at our families, "Come on. I'll show you the way Darcy decided to decorate my dressing room."

Anne, Robin, Desmond and Gemma sat down on the very large couch across the room from the chair Harry and I sat in. My parents sat down on the love seat with smiles.
"Why are we all here, Harry?" His mother asked suspiciously.
"Well, Enola and I wanted to talk wedding stuff with you guys." Harry replied. It was partially true. We did need to start talking about it. It was ten months away. Gemma perked up instantly. "We decided on the Eighteenth of October." Harry stated.
"Fall wedding. It could be really beautiful." My mother smiled brightly.
"Yeah. That's what we were thinking." I smiled politely. I felt that familiar rumbling in my stomach. I breathed deeply and tried to will it away. "Please baby. Not now. Not now." I begged silently.
"We thought it would be fun for Darcy and Freddie to do their photos in like leaf piles and stuff." Harry grinned like a child. "But before we start talking about that stuff..." Harry was trying to lead into the conversation about me being pregnant. My stomach flopped again and the baby turned just right as I caught a whiff of Harry's cologne.
"I can't." I grunted and got up. I bolted for the bathroom. Harry was right behind me. As much as I wanted to shut him out of the bathroom, I left the door opened for him just a bit. He closed the door behind him and locked it as I bent over the toilet to empty my stomach yet again. Harry held my hair back and rubbed my back soothingly as I struggled to breathe for a moment.
Harry hushed me and kissed the side of my head, "It's okay, baby." I collapsed on the floor and buried my face in my hands. Harry sat down in front of me and placed his hand on my belly. "Is he acting up?" Harry asked. I nodded and tried to stop myself from crying. Harry kissed the top of my head. "It's okay to cry, Nols. Being this sick sucks."
"That's not why I'm crying." I whimpered.
"What's wrong, love?" Harry seemed concerned. I lifted my head, holding back tears still. "Enola?" He was starting to look really worried.
I smiled, "You're holding my hair and rubbing my back. Looking at me like I'm the most beautiful woman you've ever laid eyes on."
Harry grinned, "Well you are." I wiped my face. "And I promised that I would take care of you while you take care of him." Harry stroked my belly with his thumb. "You're getting sick because we made another child. It's partly my fault you're sick."
"If I could kiss you right now..." I began.
Harry kissed my nose, "Ah, I'll let you make it up to me after Darcy goes to sleep." We both laughed quietly. Harry stood then held his hand out to me. "Come on, baby. They're all probably thinking that you're trying to dump me." Harry chuckled. I placed my hand in his and he slowly helped me up from the floor. "It'll be okay. He'll settle down." Harry opened the bathroom door and led me back to the chair. "Sorry." Harry grinned.
"Is everything okay, Enola?" My father looked really worried. I glanced at Harry for a moment. He smirked and nodded.
"Yeah, baby has been acting up today. He won't let me keep anything down." I announced. Everyone in the room looked confused. "Do you wanna?" I asked Harry motioning to our families.
"I knocked her up again." Harry's smile was bright and child-like. Gemma squealed in excitement while my father, Robin and Desmond all smiled like Harry. My mother bit her lip and tried not to cry.
"Harry, that is so rude." Anne scolded her son. Harry and I both just laughed. Anne smiled warmly at me, "I am so happy for you, honey. I know you wanted this more than he did." I blushed and murmured a thank you. My mother stood and rushed to Harry and I. She kissed my face a dozen times, tears streaming down her face. When she looked at Harry, she hugged him tightly and kissed his cheeks the way she had mine. I laughed when Harry looked surprised.
"Mummy!" Sophia's voice called out to me from the doorway. I turned my head. "See. There they are, it's okay." Sophia smiled at my daughter. She set Darcy down and looked at me, "She woke up and wondered if you were awake and everything. She wanted to see you."
Darcy ran at me, "Mummy! Mummy!" I reached out for my daughter only to have her push my arms away. She lifted my shirt and kissed my belly loudly. I couldn't help but laugh at the action.
"Babygirl, what are you doing?" Harry asked her, still laughing.
"That's why brother is making Mummy sick! I didn't give him his kisses this morning!" Darcy shouted at Harry. "I give him extra so he'll leave Mummy alone!" Darcy said before kissing my stomach more. Everyone in the room chuckled and watched Darcy kiss and whisper to my stomach. I smiled and ran my fingers through her hair.
I looked at Harry, "That is so your daughter." Harry blushed and kissed me lightly.

Notes

Okay. You have until tonight to get those votes in for the Liam one shot or the Harry one shot. We're at a tie right now. If there is a tie, then both of them are out. :/

And why are people going crazy over Harry? Did something happen? :P
I'm having a quarter life crisis over these photos guys. I'm not usually one to fan girl like this but AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!! I AM DEFINITELY NOT OKAY!
