I've been on bed rest for 2 weeks now. My back pain is starting again and I've decided to just let it go until I can't take it anymore.

"Love why are you letting yourself suffer?" Niall asked me

"because I want to make sure when I go to the hospital I'm not leaving without having these girls" I say

"Alright.. Alright try to get some sleep baby I'm right here if you need me" Niall tells me

Is around 4 a.m. so I get some Tylenol and lie back down it's no use. All I do is toss and turn for half an hour, so I waddle my way down to the kitchen. Much to my surprise Zayn and Liam are still up playing Call of Duty and Harry was sitting at the island eating cocoa puffs. I grab a mug and hot water and put my peppermint tea bag in there and put it in there then microwave it on high for 2 minutes.

"Hey Cassie why are you up?" Harry asks

"Not feeling well, my back is killing me" I say

"I wish you'd just go to the hospital" he says

"No" I say flatly

once my tea is done I sit and talk to Harry for a while before we go into the living room to watch Zayn and Liam of play ps3. I fall asleep on the couch about 20 minutes later so Harry grabs the blanket and covers me up.

Harry POV

"Mate just gobto bed I'll watch her" Zayn says

"Are you sure lad?' I ask

" yes now go. If she needs anything ill get you or Niall" Zayn says

I trust Zayn to watch her like a hawk. So Liam and I go off to bed its 5:30 in the morning and we have to be at the radio station at noon, we'll see if that happens.

"Harry.. Harry" I heard Zayn say

"What?!! what? is a Cassie okay?" I say startled

"where's Niall?" Zayn asks

"I don't know what's the matter"

"Cassie wants Niall" he says

"Ok... Um let me go down and talk to her " I say

I get up and throw on some pajama pants then make my way downstairs. Cassie is sitting at the end of the couch crying silently her back must be bothering her again.

"Hey Angel, what's wrong" I ask her

"Harry I think it's time to go to the hospital, I think my water broke" Cassie says

Holy Shit! OK UMM LET ME CALL NIALL" I say

I quickly grab my phone and dial Niall's number. He finally picks up in the third ring.

"Niall where are you?! Cassie thinks her water broke" I say quickly

"Holy shit OK take her to the hospital. I'll meet you there." Niall shouts

Zayn helps Cassie upbtobher room to put on dry clothes. Ibrun out to get the car started. It's snowing so I have to make sure we have everything sobwe don't have to make a thousand trips back and forth. Bags...√...phones and chargers...√...Baby stuff...√... Ok ubthinkbwe have everything.

"Jesus Cassie my hand!" Liam yells from the backseat

"I'm sorry" she cries

Cassie POV

We arrive at the hospital where Niall is waiting. The nurses get me up to a room and Niall helps me into a gown. I get in the bed and the nurse hooks me up to a couple machines then gets an IV started for medication. The morphine works for a while but isn't working at all now since the contractions are stronger and closer together.

"Niall tell the nurse I want the epidural now!" I say

"Ok love hang on" he says

Harry comes to take my hand as Niall leaves to find the nurses station. When he arrives Harry goes back to the other side if me taking that hand. I have tobwaiy an hour before the doctor comes in and gets me ready for the epidural

"Ok honey sit up and lean forward as far as you can" the doctor says

Harry and Niall are in front of me holding my hands. I have an iron grip on their fingers as the doctor puts the long needle into my spine.

"OW FUCK!" I cry out

"Hang on sweetie" the doctor says

I can't say anything, just cry. Im afraid of hurting Niall and Harry. Finally the epidural is in place and I can lie back down. The comfort comes almost immediately. I finally get some sleep for a fee hours before Louis Zayn and Liam join us

"Hey love how are you holding up?" Liam asks

"I feel much better now" I say

Just then the nurse comes in to check me. The boys all stand towards the top of the bed while the nurse goes elbow deep to check me.

" good progress. 100% effaced and dialated to 4." She says

I sleep pretty much the next 6 hours. About 2am i call the nurse to come in. I am in excruciating pain right now.

"Hey honey how can I help you?" She asks

"I feel the need to push, it hurts" i say

"Ok..ok let me get a glove and check you" she says

" oh sweetie, do not push, let me get the doctor first" she tells me

I nudge the boys awake

"I think its time. The nurse went to get the doctor" I tell them

"OMG we are finally going to meet our girls" Niall says

The doctor comes in and she checks me as well.

"Ok Cassie are you ready? You are dialated to 10 now" she says

The nurses and doctor get things prepared and drop the bed.

"Ok Cassie on three I want you to start pushing hard while bearing down" the doctor says

On the count of three i start pushing. I can hear the doctor telling me good job. I stop to catch my breath and start pushing again. I push for twenty minutes before the doctor says the head is almost out.

"Ok Cassie get ready to push really hard one more time" she says

"Ready? .. 1..2..3 push...puuusshhh.. Push"

The next thing I hear is the ear piercing cry of a baby. Baby B is out, the doctor plops her down in my chest. She's beautiful, full head if dark hair and chunky.

"Ok Cassie I need you to push some more so we can meet baby A. I push and push for another ten minutes before the doctor plops her on my chest as well. Once again another full head of hair, blue eyes and gorgeous.

"Happy Birthday Uncle Zayn" I whisper

"Best gift ever" he says

"Ok dear what are we naming these beauties?" The nurse asks

"I want to wait until the DNA is done " I say

"Ok let me grab the stuff, I'll be right back " the nurse says

She comes back a few minutes later anf swabs Harry and Niall's mouths then she leaves to go swab the girls next. It didn't take long about 4hours to get the results back.

"Ok Cassie I have the results right here." The new nurse Sara says

"Baby B who was born first is biologically.... Harry Styles" she says

Harry lets out a sort of shriek and begins to cry.

"Baby A whovwas born second is biologically... Niall Horan" she tells us.

Niall looks confused. He knows this could of happened. we will make this work. We all live together so it shouldn't be too hard.

"So do we have names?" She asks

"Yes" I say "Olivia and Brynlie"
