Soldier's Wife.

Grow Up.

Niall POV

I have never had this much of fun in a long time with my lovely and beautiful daughter in the whole world, she is my absolute everything every time I stare into her beautiful blue eyes I feel at peace with life.

Angel: “Dad I… umm… want this toy… https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/originals/ba/29/ca/ba29ca98f9e024c91ac6e789f3969814.jpg .”

Me: “Honey… this is a Barbie soldier are you sure you want this particular doll?.”

Angel: “Daddy I really do want this doll because when I grow up I just want to be exactly like my father, I want to fight for my country.”

I was almost chocking up on my tears this is all I ever wanted my child to have ambition and goals in life, I as a parent will support her in whatever she want in her life. I gave her a long and crying hug because I know when she grows up she will be a good person to society.

My phone rung during our outing and it turned out to be the love of my life calling I couldn’t stop smiling like an idiot before answering the phone call.

Me: “Sweetness I missed you so much, where are you right now?.”

Rose: “Well we don’t know what to do right now baby, where are you guys?. I think we will meet you in the mall are you guys still there.”

Me: “We are baby just call me when you reach here alright… and hey I love you so much my love.”

I looked at my beautiful daughter’s face while standing in the counter to pay for the doll, “Angel honey listen after this let’s go and buy some flowers for mommy alright.”

Angel: “Ok daddy… by the way dad I am happy you are around now.”

Me: “I wouldn’t have spent my holidays any other way than to have your mother and you by my side.” I am leaving in 5 days which is not enough time for me to share with my daughter or wife, I am going to miss their faces for God knows how long if I ever make it back in one piece from Iraq.

End Of POV

Notes

So now we have found out that auntie Debbie has cancer stage 2 cervical that chapter was a little bit hard for me to write about, because my grandmother died of cervical cancer she was a survivor for 2 strong years but she passed away in 2011. Cancer is not something that should be taken lightly it is such a dreadful sickness, so my thoughts and prayers go out to anyone that you know that has died from cancer <3 :).

As a writer hearing reading those kind of comments it truly means a lot, thank you so much dear I hope you continue reading this story I hope you enjoy the updates today <3 :) xxx

It's really refreshing to see topics and issues such as the ones you've written about in this story be raised and written in a mature sense. I've just finished reading through everything and I wanted to say; I'm really sorry about your grandmother. It must be hard touching on a subject that's so close to home in your writing. I can't wait to read more. This story is really going somewhere and I'm looking forward to that x

@One Direction Lova
