Rose POV

Niall and I have been talking every single day not even a single day passes by that we don’t have some sort of communication, I miss him so freaking much I wish that he was here with me to see our daughter grow up.

Today though is a very important day because Debbie will be going for chemotherapy again, I want to be able to be there to support her. Thank God it is at 6pm so I will be able to move my meeting earlier, and I can take the rest of the night off.

I will be meeting a divorce client the women was physically abused by her husband, so she wants to make sure that she gets full custody of her children this will be a rollercoaster of a fight. I am defending the women and the lawyer that is defending the husband is going to come in today to discuss the issue.

3 Hours Later

Anne: “Why are they running so late we were support to start half an hour ago and I have to go and pick up my kids.” I looked at her and rest assured her that we will wait 10 minutes if they don’t show up we will reschedule another hearing. 5 minutes has passed and there they were walking around the room like they are buddies.

Keith: “Sorry for being so late Anne and Rose but we were caught up in a little trouble.” I looked at them in pure disgust and said, “thank you for showing your presence today. Since you have already wasted most of our time what would you like to discuss.”

Luke: “Well I am going to be fighting for Keith over here to be getting full custody of the children. According to the documents over here that I have, Keith has always been the financial provider for the family therefore he should get the custody.” I looked at Luke and Keith and they had that evil smirk on their faces, I was not going to let those idiots take full control of the child.

I rest assured them that I don’t agree to their proposition and that we will settle that in court tomorrow, what the hell were they trying to pull on that were they out of their minds something in this story does not add up and I am starting to feel the pressure for Anne and I.

Notes

So to recapture the events that just happened in those chapters, Philippe's intention was not to take Rose for a casual friendly dinner he was trying to find out dirt on her so he could tell his buddy James. So then now Rose is thinking that there is something going on with this case, because of the way that the two clients were acting.
