Coming Home.
Niall POV
3 Days Later
I was shot and the bullet came straight into my chest I was knocked out and the last thing I saw were bodies laying on the ground after me. I am grateful I am still alive but I cannot move any muscle of mine I have tried walking but I cannot walk anymore, my sargent said I lost tons of blood and that I was going to die so it is a miracle I am alive.
I am out of the military now the sargant said I have done enough time for the military and I have already proved my dedication to my country, I am going to go back home now and rest. I cannot say that I am sad to go back home because that means I will be seeing my two angels, it just sucks that I wont be doing the job that I love the most anymore.
Today is the day I am going back home to my lovely family I cannot wait to be in their arms, I missed my Angels birthday but I am going to make it up to her when I see her today. I will have to bring a friend of mine with me to take care of me when Rose and Angel are at school, I trust him we have been friends of a long time and he was already in the military before.
8 Hours Later
Greg: “ Mate welcome back home to the country that you have made proud, Rose and Angel are still at work and school so I will be dropping you back home. Don’t worry they don’t have any idea I will be picking you up, the moment they see you through that door they will be in total shock. Welcome back home mate it is so great to see you alive and well, I mean stuff could have turned out the other way and we would have not seen you again God is definitely good.”
I didn’t tell my family I am coming back home today they only know I am well and that I am coming back soon, I cannot wait to head back home to where I belong.
Me: “I want to pass by the flower shop first and Toys R Us I want to get my daughter a present and my wife some flowers can we do that Greg.”
Greg: “Alright mate that is fine you wish is my command I cannot wait to see their faces, really welcome back home to where you belong mate.”
