Never Imaginable

I got home, and Cody and I swapped phone numbers. Today was the best day ever! Meeting Cody Simpson, and he even asked me out on a date. I have to text Hannah and tell her everything, because I know for a fact that she’s going to ask anyway.

*Next Day* Cody’s P.o.v.

I got up right away when the first thing I thought was Leah, her beautiful green eyes, and her pretty blonde hair. I just can’t stop thinking about her, I can’t wait for this afternoon. Which reminds me, I have to text her to let her know we’re going to the beach.


To:Leah:)

Hey, good morning Angel. Hope I didn’t wake you. I just wanted you to know, I’m picking you up at 1:00. Is that ok? -Cody<3


Just as I click send, she replies.



To: Cody<3

Yeah, thats ok. I was going to go surfing, because I thought our date was tonight, but thats ok. What should I wear? Oh, and don’t worry. You didn’t wake me.
-Leah:)


After I read that message, I stared at what she texted me. She said she was going to go surfing! SHE LOVES TO SURF! I texted her back


To:Leah:)

Wear your swimsuit and towel, because we’re going to the beach. See you at 1.

Then I sent her the message, and I looked at the clock. It was 11:30. I have to get ready. As soon as I got finished getting ready, I got in my car and drove to Leah’s house.


Leah’s P.o.v.

I got changed in my bikini and grabbed my surfboard, knowing that we’re going to the beach. When I got finished I walked down stairs to get a bottle of water to bring with me, when I heard the doorbell. I skipped to the door and opened it, and standing there was Cody Simpson. “Are you ready?” he asked “Yep. Do I need my surfboard?” I asked Cody. “Do you love to surf?” he asked “I do. Surfing one of my favorite things to do.” I replied


When we got to the beach, I set my towel down, and grabbed my surfboard and headed to the water, when someone grabbed my wrist. I turned to see Cody. I stared into his eyes, and he started to lean in, and I noticed I was doing the same thing, until our lips barely touched. Then I quickly backed away, and said “Sorry.”
“There’s no reason to apologize, Angel.” he said.


The rest of the day went great. We surfed, and played 20 questions, but more like 40 questions. I thought we would never have stuff in common, but we had a lot in common!


When we arrived at my house, Cody pulled into my driveway. I didn’t want the night to end, but it did. “Did you have a good time?” he asked “Well, actually...I had a great night. Thank you Cody!” I replied. “So...I was wondering if you wanted to be my girlfriend?” he asked “YES!” I shouted. And the last thing I knew was his lips on my lips.

I was kind of hoping he would ask that!! I have to tell Hannah!! She is going to be so happy for me. I just want to scream out all my happiness, but at the same time I don’t. Cody left after he asked me to be his girlfriend. After he had left, I quickly ran inside my house and called Hannah. Hannah said that she’s spending the night, and I HAVE to tell her what happened on the date.


I changed into some Pj’s and I heard the doorbell. So I ran downstairs and opened the door and saw Hannah standing there. We just stood there for like minutes. “So...can I come in or..” hannah said I didn’t realize that I was standing at the door still. “Umm, yeah.” I said “Ok, tell me all the details of your date with Cody!” So the rest of the night I told Hannah about my date with Cody. I also saved the best news for last. “Hannah, there is one last thing I need to tell you.” I said “Leah, what is it? Is it good or bad news?” Hannah asked eagerly. “Cody asked me to be his girlfriend and-” Hannah cut me off “What did you say? Did you say yes?” Hannah asked “Hannah, one, you didn’t need to cut me off, and two, of course I said yes!” I replied


The rest of the night we watched Twilight and when the movie was over we went to bed. I woke up to Hannah jumping on my bed singing “Time to wake up” I have to say, it was really annoying. I grabbed my iphone and checked what time it was. 9:00 am. “UGH, Hannah you know I’m not a morning person!!” I said “Calm down, Leah. I just want to ask you a important question, and I couldn’t wait until you wake up.” Hannah said “Ok, fine. What is the important question? I swear if it is something stupid, I’m going to kill you!” I told her. “Well, I want to know if I can move in?” she asked.
