Persecute

Gemma's POV

"Guys, can you please give Keona and I some time. I think she needs a girl to be there while she does this." I told Harry and Zayn.

They both nodded and walked out. I sat in the chair next to her and gave her a smile. She seemed a little nervous, and I don't blame her.

"Alright, we will try to make this quick. So what exactly happened?" One of the cops asked.

"My foster dad r-raped me and beat m-me." She stuttered.

The cop nodded and wrote down on his small notepad. "And how many times has this happened?"

"This is the third time." She answered.

He pursed his lips, "I need a name and an address."

Keona told him all the information he asked for. She was shaking a litte which made me nervous. I knew when I driest saw her that she was a little troubled, but I didn't know how bad it was.

"Why didn't you inform the police the first time?" The cop looked up from his notepad.

She cleared her throat, "I did. But the person thought I was some delusional teenager."

The cop seemed a little angry at that, "Well I'll find out who that was. No matter what, they must send someone because the person called the police for a reason. I'm sorry that happened, I'll take care of this situation. No girl your age deserves this." He gave a half-smile and walked out.

Right when he walked out, Keona burried her face in her hands and began to cry. I stood up and sat next to her on the bed and hugged her.

"Talk to me." I said.

"He's right. No girl deserves this! I've done nothing to deserve this." She sobbed.

I sighed, "Keona, remember this, everything happens for a reason. If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you."

"It's not just that," She looked up at me, "It hurts. A lot."

"What hurts?"

"Love, love hurts." She sniffed.

I raised an eyebrow, "Who do you love?" I asked already knowing the answer.

"Your brother, Gemma. And he probably doesn't even feel the same way." She broke down again and I just held her there.

Harry's POV

The cop walked out and gave Zayn and I a serious nod. He walked out of the hospital and then the elevator door opened. I saw Adriana and Tyler walking toward us.

I haven't seen Tyler in awhile. My guess is he just kept ditching school or something.

"Hello Harry, Zayn." She said acting nice.

Zayn scoffed, "What do you want and what are you doing here?"

Tyler stepped up, "That's no way to speak to a girl."

"Shut the fuck up! You don't even know what she's done." Zayn growled.

"Adriana, what have you done?" Tyler asked.

Her face paled, "N-Nothing."

I clenched my fist, "Stop lying."

"I'm not lying! I've done nothing except express my opinion." She said while smacking on her gum.

Zayn spoke, "And your opinion has really hurt people. I'm surprised people actually worship you."

"Hey, I still don't know what's been going on." Tyler spoke up.

I turned my attention to him, "You remember Keona Sapphire right?"

"The blonde one?"

"Yes."

"What about her?"

"She's tried many...bad things because of Adriana and Mishella. And she has a pretty shit life, so she's here right now and now Mishella is here, that's why Zayn and are pissed." I explained.

Tyler looked at Adriana, "I ditched school because I was tired of your jokes. You said you were done."

And with that, he stormed away. I have no idea what just happened, but I think he's on our side.

I smirked at Adriana, "When are you going to realize that your games are stupid."

"I'll get you back Styles. And you Malik." She spat harshly.
