Annabeth´s POV:
I wake up to the sound of loud buzzing , i groan and lazily turn to press the roof button on my alarm clock , i sit on the edge of the bed and stare at the window , today is the day i finally turn eighteen , i smile and walk to my bathroom . I play my music and start getting ready . After taking a quick shower i change into something appropriate and put my hair up on a ponytail . I checked myself on the mirror and decide i look okay so i grab my bag and walk down to the kitchen.

As i´m walking down the stairs i heard footsteps on the kitchen , i peek in the kitchen and see my parents running around with a cake and a wrapped box , i grin and walk in the kitchen . I sit on the kitchen table and clear my throat as my parents didn't notice i was in the kitchen . Both my parents freeze and i laugh.

"Good morning sweety !" Greeted my father walking up to me and kissing the top of my head . "You know you are now able to drink in Europe?" He said scrambling my hair . I laugh and push his hand away.

"What a shame we are in New York right?" I said sarcastically standing up and taking a piece of cake.

"Anne quick open the present , your dad and i have to get to work and you can´t be late to school" Said my mom taking the cake away form me and handing me the present.

"Okay mom" I say grabbig the present and ripping the paper to find a signrd copy of ´The perks of being a wallflower´I grinned and jump off to hug both of them " Oh my god i love it! Thank you so much" I say and they both give me a kiss and left.

I finish eating my cake and grab my car keys , it takes five minutes to get to school so i turn on the radio and start driving. When i reach the high school´s parking lot , i park on my usual spot and get out of the car . I walked to the spot i always meet up with the gang and see them talking as usual. As soon as Jen sees me her face lights up and she starts running towards me.

"Happy birthday!!" She shouts jumping up and down up and down while hugging me , i look around and the people walking by give me a sympathetic smile and keep walking , she looked more excited than i was.

"Thanks" I laugh hugging her back trying to make her stop jumping.

"Happy birthday" Said the rest of the gang giving me a huge group hug.

"Did your parents give you something? Asked Liam.

"Yeah" I said grinning " A signed copy of the perks of being a wallflower" I said squealing.

"You are such a dork" Laughed Josh and i sticked my tongue out at him.

"Hey where is Percy? " I said noticing he wasn´t there.

"Right here wise girl" Said Percy from behind me wrapping his arms around my waist "Happy birthday2 He said pulling me closer.

"Hey seaweed brain" I mumble turning around to face him with a dreamy smile , and he leaned in to kiss me " Is that my birthday gift?"

"Nah , your birthday present is much better" He says placing a strand of my hair behind my ear.

"And when do i get?" I smiled wrapping my arms around his neck and giving him a quick kiss.

"At tonights partyy , duh!" Said Bella.

"You´re throwing a party for me?!" I said enthusiastically looking away from Percy to face the others.

"Of course we are! It´s your birthday dumbs" Said Josh walking towards me and Percy.

"Who is coming?" I asked placing my hands on my hips knowing he wouldn´t have invited Jake.

"Not Jake " He said harshly and i laughed at his jealousy "What´s so funny?" He said grumpily.

"Nothing seaweed brain. Guys we should get to class" I said as the bell started to ring.

"Yeah , i don´t want to be late to class" Said Kate packing her stuff up.

I grabbed my bag and walked with Percy to class, we stopped at our lockers to get the books we needed and then he walked me to literature class , i sat next to Jake and invited him to the party, Mrs Smith , our teacher came in and started giving out work so we couldn´t talk anymore. The class ended and the same thing happened on the other classes.

I spent lunchtime with Jake and the girls talking about the party , the girls were going to come to my house to get ready for the party. Percy skipped the last two classes because he had something important to do . The classes ended and i drove the girls home singing along with the radio. We arrived at 6.30 p.m so we had a lot of time to get ready , we spent a few minutes chilling.

"How are we dressing?" Asked Caroline breaking the silence.

"The guys are dressing informal , but you know my motto is ´DRESS TO IMPRESS´ So surprise me" She said getting up and rushing us to get started.

"Okay" Siad Jen mocking Bella and we all laughed.

An hour later , we were all ready . Caroline wearing a beautiful red one-piece with silver high-heels ; Bella was wearing a short black strapless dress with black heels ; Jen was wearing a comfy grey jumper , black leggings full of glitter and leopard high-heels ; Katherine wore a classic black dress with a pair of grey flats and i wore a grey and gold dress with gold high-heels.

The party was at Matt´s house which is only two blocks from mine so we decided to go walking . It took us five minutes to reach the party and Bella was the first in , she is such a partier . Then the rest of us walked in , it all looked amazing , there were lights everywhere and music blasting through the speakers . I walk around and find Caroline already singing at the karaoke while Jen danced her heart out , i smile and continue walking.

Suddenly someone grabs my wrist and drags me towards a little stage that was set up on Matt´s living room , i turn around to see Liam , he pushes me on the stage and i turn around to face , what the hell is going on? Music starts playing and Jordan from The Ready Set appears by my side singing , i totally freeze and my mouth drops open. They all laugh and Jordan smiles at me while singing . After a two hour privet concert Jordan left and we were alone again.

They all dragged me to Matt´s room and we sit down indian style to open the presents. I opened Jen´s first , it was a red stilinski shirt, i smile at her and carry on. I opened the boys´present next , it was a huge box , i opened it carefully and found a typewriter , they told me it was for me to write my books and to write about them , i stood up and hugged them tightly . Kate´s gift was an All Time Low shirt , Caroline's a Nirvana shirt and Bella´s a sexy dress , i laughed as she smirked at me.

"Can´t wait to see you in that " Said Percy huskily , i laughed and punched him playfully " Best one at the end " He said sitting next to me , he handed me a wrapped present , which was a 5sos shirt , and then from behind his back he pulled out tickets to the 5sos concert and four backstage passes. I was speechless " Do you like it?" He asks unsure.

I start nodding like crazy "I love it! Thanks seaweed brain" I said hugging him , and i heard Jen and Bella squeal.

"you´re welcome wise girl" He smirked and kissed me.
