~Hotel Room~
Harry's POV
I softly open the door after unlocking it. I shut it just as soft as I come in, my eyes wondering around looking for Janie, or Niall, or Liam, any one really. I sit my stuff down and turn the lights on. I see Janie lying on the bed with Niall, asleep and Liam's on the couch, asleep.

I silently walk over to the bed. I glance at my phone to see what time it was.

11:17pm

I sigh a little as I sit the phone down and gently put my hands on Janie's waist. I move her closer to me so I can pick her up better. Once I have her in my arms, still sleeping, I walk over to the other side of the bed to where Niall lies passed out.

I hold Janie tightly in one arm as best as I can as my other hand shakes Niall's shoulder. Janie stirs in my arm and I bite the inside of my cheek, hoping she'll stay asleep for a little longer, at least until I can get us situated.

Niall opens his eyes and leans up some to look at me.

''Took you long enough to get back.''He mumbles, a blank expression on his face as he stares up at me.

''Well I'm sorry, I had stu-"

"Yeah.Sure.Whatever..I'm not the one you have explaining to do to.''he says as he stands up, glancing down at Janie, then to me before walking over to the couch to wake Liam, who sleeps just as hard as he usually does.

''Just go already.''I say harshly as I notice his eye roll towards me.

''Like I said..some one's gonna want an explanation for you being so late.''Niall says as Liam gets up, not knowing whats going on.

I wait for them to leave before I say, or do, anything else. Once I know they've gotten down the hall good, I lie Janie back down onto the mattress and cover her up good in the soft covers.

~Next Morning~
I open my eyes to the sound of my name being called over and over again, followed by knocks on the door. I sigh as I sit up to see Janie pacing, annoyed, around the hotel room.

''Daddy.''She sighs out, again.

''I'm up.''I tell her and she looks over at me. She stops in her tracks and runs to me, happy to see me.

''Finally.''She whispers as she jumps on the bed and onto my lap.

''Did you miss Daddy yesterday?''I ask her, curious to know if that phone call was just an excuse for me to come home to her.

"Yes I missed you, so much.''She smiles a little, looking into my eyes.

''Good. I missed you too.''I say and she giggles lightly as I kiss her cheek softly.

Some one knocks on the door, again and again.

I swear aloud to myself as I stand up, grabbing the clothes I had on last night. I slide the jeans on after throwing the shirt on.

Janie grabs my hand as we walk to the door. I look through the peep hole. Ugh, great.

I open the door and there she stands.

''Hello, Kendall.'' I sigh, rolling my eyes to myself.

''Hey babe.''She says, leaning to my lips. I dodge her and she sighs at me.

''C'mon...please.''She says, poking her lips out.

''No. I'm not your "Babe" and I won't make that mistake again.''I say coldly, but truthfully at her.

''But..you said..-''

''No, I said we can be friends, not more than that. I know you're only trying to get with me for the publicly and I won't be used again, like before."I make sure she understands that well. And that won't ever change.

''How'd you even get my hotel room?''I ask her.

''I asked the lady..I worked my magic.''She winks.

''Fuck you.''I mumble.

''Excuse you?"She laughs.

''Good bye. I don't have time for you. I have better things in life to look after for.''I say, glancing down at Janie, her eyes looking up at Kendall in fear in confusion as she has her arms wrapped around my leg, her hand still holding mine as the other grips my leg with her arms.

''But.''

''You're scaring my daughter, can you please leave?''I ask her.

''Fine..''She shrugs and rolls her eyes as she turns around.

She makes her way down the hall, and I close the door... closing her out. For now at least knowing her she'll be back...some way..some time..some how.
