Help when needed

Guys. I know that your world may seem dark with no hope of light. Trust me. I know that. But it does. After all. Your skin is yours. You can burn, cut, and even drug it. Is it going to help you at all? It makes you seem weak. I know its a distraction. I used to cut. USED to. But i stop because every time blood would run down my arm, everyone who actually cared about me flooded my brain. My best friend Quinny, My grandmother, and my bestest sister ever (Dont ask, he's a guy. i dont know why i call him my sister:P) Seth. Harry styles would also flood my mind making me drool:P. But how do you stop the self harm? Tell someone who cares about you. Alone though. It also helps to cry. Tell someone you love and trust, they'll know what to do. I told Quinny and now everyday she reminds me how much im loved and needed. Another way to help is you do these things;

1) Everytime you feel you want to self harm, draw a line on your wrist/stomach/or thigh. Then at the end of the day count the lines. And thats how many times you helped yourself. Then treat yourself with some Starbucks or whatever pleases you

2) Okay, so you know when an author could end his/her sentence but they use a semi-colen (;) to continue it? Well, write a semi-colen on your wrist/leg/stomach. You are the author and the sentence is your life. Get it? No, Okay:(

And 3) If someone is bullying you, well, SCREW THEM! If someone comes up to you and calls you a name, teases you, ect., do this t(-.-t) Thats right. Get some sass and flip that mother fucker off. Dont even say a word to them. They dont deserve your breath or time!

Also if you guys have problems you wanna talk about, IM HERE!!!!!!!!!!! Lol, again got probs with anything, I. AM. YOUR. BITCH;).
