World So Cold

I look at them both with a blank expression as they show the same towards me.


"Liana, I'm sorry sorry" Gabby says walking to where Luke is standing. Has she been crying?


"Why" I mutter looking disgusted with her and she frowns. The whole room goes silent for a moment.


"It was my fault" Ashton speaks up and realization hits me.


"You fucking basterd, I should've known this whole time" I shout and he looks down in shame and I roll my eyes. "Why do you hate me so much Ash, this whole thing can't be about my sister because nobody is that idiotic" I shout again.


"It wasn't" he says quietly.


"Well don't leave me hanging" I say and he walks out of the doorway and to me.


"I'll say one thing and let you figure it out yourself" he says and I begin to get very frustrated.


"Oh my god, you're getting me really mad right now just tell me" I yell and he steps back.


"Damn, someone's feisty" Ashton says still not answering me.


"Wait huh" Luke says looking up at Ashton. I chuckle but get back to Ashton.


"Can you respond to me now" I ask as calmly as I possibly could.


"If I say eighth grade would you figure it out yourself" He says and I just look down and try to think of the eighth grade (A/N so I'm American and that's what we call it so sorry if your confused, I think it's year eight in Australia but idk).


"Oh" I mumble as I know exactly what he was talking about.


"Exactly" Ashton says. "I'm sorry though, I didn't mean for anything to come to this, I've been such an asshole to every body and I don't even know what to do" he adds but I just sit there. "I've been accused of beating up so many people, raping somebody and now let's add to the list almost killing you when honestly, nobody has done anything wrong except me. I'm sorry okay, I'm sorry for everything that I ever did. Goddamn what have I gotten myself into" he says sitting down and putting his head in his hands.


"Should we leave" Luke asks as him and Gabby look back and fourth at each other.


"Please" I respond and him and gabby exit the room.


"Ash" i say and he looks up with his eyes glossy and his face red, the fuck.


"Yeah" he whispers.


"Are you okay" I ask and motion for him to come. He shakes his head and sits in the chair next to the bed. "Are you crying" I laugh but stop when he shoots me a glare.


"I'm sorry Liana, I don't how many times I have to say it to make it feel right, but I'm sorry" he says and now I start getting teary eyed.


"I'm not saying that anything you ever did was okay, but I forgive you" I say and a smile appears on his face. "Don't get to excited, you're gonna have to be answering a lot of questions later on" I chuckle and he sighs.


"Well fuck" he mumbles and I just shake my head and giggle.
