World So Cold

I woke up the next morning sprawled out on the bathroom floor. i tried pushing myself off but winced in pain remembering that my arm was wounded.


I made my way into my room and got dressed for the day. i put on some makeup and quickly left the house before i had to face my mum and sister.


i got to school and immediatly found Luke and ran up to him.


"Hey babe" he said before placing a small peck on my lips. he hugged me alittle to tight and i winced alttle remembering i didnt just cut my arms. He let go and looked at me.


"You okay" he asked concerned.


"Im fine" I lied.


"Tell me the truth" he said sternly. Ughhh why am i such a bad lier?


"Come" I said dragging him into a closet.


I rolled up my sleeves and he just looked scared and dissapointed.


"Is there more" he asked almost in tears.


I just nodded and started taking off almost all of my clothes leaving me in my bra and panties. I just looked down in shame and i heard him sniffle. I looked up at him and saw tears were falling from his eyes.


"W-why do you do t-this" he simply asked. I didnt respond, we both knew why and i knew i didnt want to talk about it.


"can we go" I asked putting my clothes on. He wiped his eyes and nodded.


We left the closet and headed back outside since the first bell hasnt even rung yet.


I spotted Gabby talking to Ariel and waved and called out her name. I desperatly need to talk to her, she wasnt even looking at me.


"Gabby!" i shouted again and she looked at me. But she gave me a dirty look and rolled her eyes. Um excuse me, what's with her.


"Whats wrong with her" Luke asked noticing her behavior.


"I dont know but im gonna go talk to her" i said making my way to the both of them but once they noticed me coming they just walked away. "Are they against me or something" i asked Luke who was now right behind me.


"I dont know" he responded and the bell then rung. We walked into the school and to our lockers.


"What am i gonna do" I asked leaning against the locker.


"We just have to wait i guess, im sure everythings gonna be fine" he assured and i nodded.


We interlocked fingers and began to walk to our first class.


~Gabby's pov~


"I hate doing this" I complained to Ariel.


"Well, you'd rather do this then be under the wrath of the 'mighty' Ashton" She responded making me giggle.


"I just feel bad, i miss talking to her" i whined.


~Liana's pov~


~The next week~


Let me let you in on how my life is going.


1) My mum still is mad.


2) My sister has not talked to me since she woke up, well she did once.


3) I feel like my friends are against me for something, they havent talked to me for a week.


4) I have just been cutting more and more.


5) I want to die.


i was at Luke's house listening and watching him strum his guitar. He's been trying to cheer me up all week but ive just so depressed even he is struggling. Im broken. I guess im just in denial, i wont listen to him telling me to stop cutting, I keep forgetting to say that i love him back, im not kissing back or hugging as tightly. I feel bad for him having to deal with me.


"Hey Li" he spoke up. I nodded and he continued. "ive been working on this song, tell what you think" he said and i got comfortable.

I looked up at him and smiled, i loved his voice, and i appreciated how his songs were mostly for me.


"You wrote that about me" I said with a smile.


"Do you know how much ive been wanting to see your smile lately, and the lyrics are true, please Liana" he begged.


I checked my phone and saw i had to leave.


"I got to go" I said quickly grabbing my things and hugging him, he stoped me.


"Hey wait, I love you" he said pecking my lips, i actually kissed back this time knowing that i needed it.


"I love you too" i said walking out the door and to my house.


I ran up to my room and to my bathroom where i grabbbed the razor again.
