World So Cold

"Umm so about Angelica" I motioned the doctor to start speaking.


"Well, she is holding on as of now" the doctor began to speak as Liana let out a sigh of relief. "But unfortunately, she did lose a lot of blood and at this point she doesn't even have half the amount she should have" the doctor continued making Liana's face scrunch up. "And we also don't know if she's gonna be waking up any time soon" the doctor finished.


"Is she gonna live" Liana asked quietly.


"She is alive as of now but she could be in a coma" the doctor replies.


Liana closes her eyes as tears fall making my heart absolutely melt. I don't get it, the day we say we love each other is a day full of tears, and not the happy kind.


"Let's go get something to eat" I whisper in her ear as she simply nods.


We walk back to the elevator and go down to the cafeteria. We both got a sandwich and found a small table. We both sat down and started eating.


"Luke" Liana says softly.


"Yea" I respond knowing she was asking about Angelica.


"What if she never wakes up" she says as her eyes fill with tears but I can tell she was holding them back.


"I don't know" I sigh.


"I don't know what I would do if she was dead" Liana say finally letting the tears fall.


"Don't think like that" I say. "Think positively, we don't know if she's going to live through this but we have to hope for the best" I assure.


"I know" she says putting her head down.


~Calum's pov~


I was very relieved today to see that my nose is almost healed. Thank god.


I'm not relieved to know that Luke and Liana kissed at that Halloween party, I swear that kid has magical powers that let him get whatever the fuck he wants.


I soon hear my phone buzz. I pick it up and see that Liana has snook in a text to me.


From Liana: Hey could you come to the hospital, something happened with my sister.


To Liana: Is Luke with u???


From Liana: Yes and he doesn't care, plzz just come.


To Liana: Okay I'll be right there.


I put my phone down and thought is this worth it, my nose wound is almost gone so what would she have to say, I don't even think she knows that Luke's the one that punched me.


I thought no more and walked out to my car. I soon made my way to the hospital.


~Liana's pov~


Luke said I could ask Calum to come if I wanted too. He knew that he was a close friend to me, kind of.


I was still scared for Angelica but Luke kept keeping my mind somewhere else.


Calum soon arrived and he looked very concerned.


"Are you okay, what happened" He asked curiously but very concerned about me.


I had trouble talking at the moment so Luke took over and started telling him the whole story as I took a seat a rested my head in my hands.


I began to sob loudly which immediately got the boys attention. Luke ran straight towards me and sat me on his lap as I rested my head on his shoulder.


"She'll be okay" Calum assured standing right infront of me.


I didn't respond, I sat there sobbing.


We saw a doctor appear and he immediately grabbed my attention as I looked up not wanting to leave Luke's grip.


"So, as of now, Angelica is in a coma and it could be a while before she wakes up" the doctor said slowly.


I couldn't think straight, the tears wouldn't fall, I started to get anxiety.


"Are you okay" Luke as very concerned as I started to hyperventilate.


I started to breath heavily until I couldn't anymore. Luke noticed my eyes rolling back so he picked me up and brought me out as Calum followed with a water bottle.


I felt the fresh air on my skin but I still couldn't take a breath until a splash of water hit my face letting me slowly breath normally again.


Calum tried helping Luke calm me down but I couldn't calm down.


~Luke's pov~


Me and Calum both tried helping Liana cal down but it wasn't working so we brought her to one of the doctors who gave her an oxygen mask.


My heart was breaking watching her slowly fall asleep in my arms as she took in the oxygen.


"Calum" I whispered getting his attention.


"What" he whispered back trying not to wake her up.


"Go call their mum and tell her to come here" I said giving him my phone with the number on the screen. He nodded and stepped outside for a moment.


I placed a small kiss on her forehead just wondering what could be going on through her head right now.


~An hour later~


Liana's mum arrived at the hospital very concerned.


"Hi Luke" she greeted walking towards me. "What wrong with Li" she asked bending down to be at her level.


"She started going alittle nuts when we found out Angelica was in a coma so the doctors gave her the oxygen to calm her down"


"Do you know what room Angelica's in" she asked.


"No, there not letting anyone in yet" I tell her.


She takes a seat and looks down. What a nice way to spend the day I finally get a girlfriend.


"Do you happen to have Angelica's phone" I asked Liana's mum and she nodded handing it to me.


There was no password so I unlocked it right away and scrolled through her texts and found a
conversation with Ashton, here we go.


Ashton: Hey babe, we didn't get to finish what we started at the dinner earlier.


Angelica: We didn't start anything.


Ashton: Oh really??


Angelica: Yes really.


Ashton: Awww come on, you know you want me inside of you;)


Angelica: I don't even want you on the same planet as me.


Ashton: Ugh just go die in a hole.


Angelica: Excuse me??


Ashton: Everybody would be better off without you:)


Angelica: Fine, if that's what you think


Oh YA now that is not good.
