World So Cold

~Liana's pov~


He told me he loved me. Was he telling the truth, he wouldn't lie about something so serious. And I told him I loved him back.


The world was turning around, the person that I always have despised has liked me all along. And now I love him? I don't know what's happening but it feels so different but, ever since me and Luke have become, friends? I've been different, happier I would say.


before me and him could think we both fell into a kiss so magical and so real. And I gotta admit, he was a good kisser.


We pulled away realizing we've been on a make out session for 7 minutes in a row, whoops.


"So what does this make us" I say quietly.


"I don't care what we are, as long as your mine" he assures making me giggle.


I look down at the beautiful ruby red charm on this necklace and smiled. I nuzzled my head into the crook of his neck and closed my eyes.


We sat there quietly enjoying the moment but it was ruined before we heard a thud coming from the bathroom.


I looked up immediately and ran to the bath room I heard the noise from and Luke followed.


"Hello" I said constantly knocking on the wooden door infront of me that was not sound proof thank god.


I heard the faint sobbing coming from the other side, oh no, Angelica.


"Angelica open the door" I yell on the verge of tears still knocking. The door doesn't budge but me and Luke still hear her cries.


I keep knocking on the door but I soon realize it's not opening.


"Here watch out" Luke said moving me away and standing infront of the door. Without hesitating he knocked it right down and we revealed Angelica laying in a pool of her own blood.


I soon burst into tears and sob constantly as Luke pulls me in.


"I'm calling an ambulance" Luke says taking out his phone and dials 911.


As he explains everything and gives them the address i sit next to Angelica not caring if any of the blood gets on me. She stood there like stone, the only sound or movement was the faint cries and sobs.


Luke hangs up the phone and walks downstairs to the window, soon enough, we hear the sirens.


I open the door quickly and let them in.


They race upstairs and put Angelica on that bed thingy and bring her into the truck.


Luke pulls me into his arms and rubs circles on my back to comfort me.


We have to drive there ourselves because they won't let us in the truck.


~At the hospital~


I paced back and fourth waiting for the news on Angelica. I was nervous, she lost a lot of blood which is now on the bathroom floor and left there for me to clean up.


"Liana calm down, I'm sure she's fine" Like assured calmly. He didn't know the whole story though.


"I know but still" I said taking a seat.


"What happened anyways" he said, I knew he would ask. How doesn't he know anyways, him and Ashton were friends at the time.


"I don't really want to talk about it but Ashton is involved" I say cringing at even the thought of his name.


"Ashton?" He said tilting his head.


"He practically raped my sister, but I know something else is going on because my sister wouldn't do something like this over what happened like a year ago" I say with my eyes getting watery.


It was true though, something else had to of happened.


"Let's go upstairs" he said taking me to the elevator.


We got in and pressed the button, and the elevator music was very 'soothing' to the situation.


We got to the floor she was on and walked to her room.


The clear glass was foggy so we couldn't see much. It was obvious though that there were many doctors in there dealing with a lot of blood.


Knots formed in my stomach and I broke down in tears. Luke immediately grabbed me and held me tight.


"D-don't let go" I whispered.


"Don't worry, I'm not moving" he said softly into my ear.


~Luke's pov~


I couldn't help but hold her tightly. She was hurting. I would to if I had a sister that's in that situation.


She rested her head on me while stared through the foggy glass trying to make up what was going on in there but I only saw colors. Light blue and red.


"Do you think s-she's gonna b-be okay" she stutters quietly.


"I'm sure she's fine" I assure her but we both know that she's most likely not gonna make this.


The hallway was quiet and that was good for her right now. Her heart was beating loud enough for me to hear and that was enough sound there needed to be.


I gently kissed her forehead and I saw a small smile appearing on her face.


She pulled away when we heard the door open.


It was a doctor.


"Umm so about Angelica"
