Year Two

The Picture

Skylar's P.O.V

I quickly shrug on a coat, tugged on my boots, and pushed the dorm door open to step out into the cold, New York air. Even though the jacket was thick, I could feel the cold air pushing its way through the materials. So much for staying warm. But hey, I was going to a small art museum anyways.

I flag down a taxi, jump in, and give the driver directions to the museum. When we arrived, I handed the man some cash and exited the warm car. My phone buzzed, signaling I had a text message, but I'll get it later.

I walk towards the museum, already smiling as I shove the heavy doors open. There were multiple paintings and statues scattered neatly around the large, beige room. The room smelt strangely stale, but I didn't mind.

After taking the tour of the museum, I decided to take a break at a small café at the center of the museum. With a coffee cup in my hand, I sat down at a table and pulled out my phone. I nearly chock on my coffee when I see a picture of Harry and Delia. Kissing.

My blood runs cold as I set down my coffee, suddenly losing interest in it. It looks like they're at a party. They're probably drunk and will regret this in the morning? Oh who am I kidding, he's moved on. I knew this was going to happen soon, but I didn't expect to feel like this.

Once I had made it back to the dorm, I shuffled to my room and locked the door. I then put my phone on the dock and blast The Fray, deciding on starting a new painting. The art museum had given me some inspiration, so I might as well try to throw something together. But before I could set up my paints, the music stopped and my phone began to buzz. I turn around, seeing Harrys name flash on the screen.

I sigh, walk over to it, and accept the call.

"What?" I grumble, nervously biting at my lip.

"Not happy to hear from me, huh?" He asked smugly.

"Not really," I blurt, clamping my mouth together. "I uh, mean-"

"Its okay, Sky." He laughed.

"So how's everyone?" I question, before adding. "especially a certain purple haired girl?"

"Delia's great," He said, a smile in his voice. I narrow my eyes as the walls.

"Awesome," I sneer, sarcasm laced in my voice. "I have to go, have fun with Delia."

"Sky-"

I quickly end the call and slam my phone on the desk. This sucks.

For the last chapter of this story before starting the sequel I was wondering if we can possibly have Louis declare his feelings for Rachel and maybe give her a kiss. Please if possible :) Thank you.
