Rachel's P.O.V.

Lunch was actually going surprisingly well. Though mum had come back downstairs looking incredibly smug from Harry's room I could only assume she had walked in on something. When Harry and Skylar came down looking a little flustered, my suspicions were confirmed.

However lunch was still quite nice,the five of us. I knew Skylar would be heading back to America soon so it was good to get the time with her.

We ended up ordering dessert after lunch. I got banoffee and Louis got cheesecake. However he kept snatching little pieces of my cake when he thought I want looking.

I did notice though and so did mum.

"You know,isn't it funny that Harry ended up with your best friend Rach" mum said suddenly, making all of us at the table fall quiet. "And you ended up with his"

Harry's eyes widened as he turned to face me and Louis.

"You what?!" He yelled accusingly. "I swear to god Louis, she better not be serious or I will-"

I was frozen to the spot but Louis however rolled his eyes.

"Don't be ridiculous Anne" he said casually,cutting Harry off. "You know I've only got eyes for you" he winked at mum causing her to roll her eyes dramatically.

I just chuckled lowly. Harry was still looking a bit on edge but relaxed considerably when Skylar rested her hand on his arm.

The rest of the day out was uneventful. We went to a few of the January sales, it was mostly me and Skylar who did the shopping. We tried on ridiculously expensive things we could never afford just for the heck.

By the time we were heading home, Harry and Louis were bored out of their minds.

Louis had bought a book he liked to read 'Oliver'. I found it a little unusual. Louis really didnt seem like the sort to be into the classics.

I shrugged it off as I headed up to my room alone with my new stuff once we got to the house.

I hadn't told Skylar but Luke was coming over tomorrow along with Ashton. They both wanted to see her before she went back.

It wasn't long before I heard a call from mom that it was dinner. Hopefully this time she wouldnt bring up any non-existent relationships. Though knowing my mum this was only the beginning.
