Rachel's P.O.V.

After what felt like forever dancing with Ashton I decided I needed a drink.

"C'mon, you want a drink?" I asked him.

He nodded, taking hold of both of my hands to lead me off to the side of the room.

I had to admit, I was having a fantastic time with Ashton. And although I was tired from all the dancing there was no way I wanted to go home yet. Ashton handed me a drink which I sipped at slowly. He had an arm around my waist which didn't bother me in the slightest.

"So Ash-" I began but I cut off quickly when I saw Harry storm past us angrily.

"Give me a sec" I mumbled quickly before running after him, grabbing a hold of his arm.

He turned quickly, narrowing his eyes.

"What do you want?" he snapped.

I raised an eyebrow.

"What the hell's wrong with you?" I asked back, annoyed at his rudeness.

He sighed.

"Look I'm just not really in much of a partying mood, okay? I'll just- I'll just see you tomorrow" he mumbled, before trying to turn around again.

I grabbed his arm again, frowning slightly.

"Okay, seriously Harry, are you alright?" I asked, genuinely concerned now.

He shrugged.

"Yeah- I'm fine.. Just go enjoy yourself" he said sadly before turning and walking off.

I was worried now. Harry certainly loved partying, and when he left early there had to be something wrong.

"Should I go check on him?"

I turned to see Louis standing behind me.

"Would you? I think something must've happened" I replied.

He nodded.

"Yeah, don't worry about it I'll make sure he's okay" he promised.

I nodded, relaxing slightly. Louis could cheer Harry up.

"Thanks Louis" I replied as he walked off.

I sighed then, heading back over to where Ashton was standing chatting with Calum.



Ashton's P.O.V.

"Give me a sec" she mumbled before running off behind Harry.

I couldn't help but watch her as she walked away.

"Things going well?" I turned quickly to be faced with Calum.

I raised an eyebrow.

"What do you mean?" I asked.

He smirked.

"With Rachel. I saw you two dancing there. You could cut the sexual tension with a knife" he explained.

I rolled my eyes.

"Oh please.. " I mumbled, glancing back over to where Rachel was talking to Harry.

"She was the one who asked you to dance remember" Calum reminded me.

I frowned though, noticing Louis walk up behind her.

"What's he doing? They broke up" I muttered.

"Maybe you should just tell her how you feel?" Calum suggested.

I shook my head.

"No, no. I cant do that. I mean after last time I really need the timing to be right. I don't want to completely embarrass myself again" I explained, thinking back to when I had kissed her before.

"Yeah but this time-" Calum began but I elbowed him in the stomach, noticing she was walking back over to us.

"Hey Rach" I gave her a smile, which she returned.



Rachel's P.O.V.

"So what are you guys talking about?" I asked over the sound of the music.

Ashton shrugged and Calum just chuckled.

"Someone's nosey" he commented. I just stuck my tongue out at him.

I spent a while chatting with the two of them before returning to dancing. I dragged both Ashton and Calum with me this time but it wasn't long before Calum had wandered off, once again leaving me and Ashton alone. I ran my hands through my hair, moving my body in sync with Ashton's when I felt a tap on my shoulder.

I frowned when I saw it was Calum.

"Rach, quick Skylar's passed out" he told me.

My eyes widened and I let him drag me away from the crowd. Ashton followed not far behind.

I saw Skylar lying on the floor, Luke kneeling next to her.

"What happened?" I gasped.

Calum sighed.

"She drank FAR too much.. We need to bring her back to her room" he told us.

I nodded.

"I'll carry her" Luke suggested.

Calum rolled his eyes.

"Luke, you've drank almost as much as her" he reminded him.

I bit my lip.

"Well Cal, why don't you walk Luke home - just to make sure he doesn't injure himself or do something stupid. And I'll carry Skylar back to the room" Ashton suggested.

Calum shrugged.

"Sounds like a good idea to me" he agreed.

And so a few minutes later, me and Ashton ended up walking back towards our room, Skylar in Ashton's arms.

I rubbed my bare arms roughly with my hands to generate a bit of heat. It was freezing and I hadn't thought to bring a jacket.

"You cold?" Ashton asked.

I sighed.

"Yeah, kinda" I replied.

He bit his lip.

"I'm sorry, I would give you my jacket but.." He trailed off, looking down at Skylar.

I giggled.

"Such a gentleman" I chuckled.

He blushed slightly.

It didn't take us long to get back to the room.

Once inside the room, Ashton left Skylar on her bed. The room was empty so I assumed Lizzie was still at the party.

"Right well I should probably get going.." He mumbled awkwardly, sticking his thumbs in his pockets.

I gave him a smile.

"Well thanks from bringing Skylar back" I replied.

He nodded.

"No problem, I had fun tonight" he told me, as he walked towards the door.

"Me too" I replied, leaning in the door way.

He grinned.

"I guess I'll se you tomorrow then" he said.

I nodded.

"Goodnight Ashton, sweet dreams" I replied, winking before walking back into the room closing the door.

I then quickly got changed into some pyjamas, tying my hair up into a ponytail.

I was asleep literally the minute my head hit the pillow.
