Chapter Eight
(MIa's pov)
I heard my alarm clock screaming for me to get up,i looked up at the time and it read 6:30am,today was my first day of work and I was pretty excited but I was super tired because Harry and I stayed up late last night.Anyways I went through my closet and picked this outfit out: http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=82411503, I looked myself over and I looked pretty damn good.I went downstairs to turn a pot a coffee on,so I could get awake more.Lilah already left for her morning classes so I sat at the table and waited for the alarm to go off on the coffee pot,letting me know it was done. In the meantime I revieved a text from Harry:
Hey babe, I'm just sitting here watching Zayn record his lyrics,Good luck on your first day,Love youXX-Harry.
I smiled at the message and wrote back Thanks and I love you to,Don't forget were having a movie night at Danielle's today.XX-Mia
The coffee pot beeped and I poured myself a cup and let the hotness slip down my throat and it tasted good.I looked up at the time and it was almost 7:30am I get off work at 1 and then were going to Danielle'sfor a pool party.I grabbed my house keys and walked the two blocks to work.
"Hey your here." Larry said, excitedly he is going to be training me today.
"Yeah,I'm excited but what do I do first?" I asked, confused.
"Well before the customers come in you make sure the tables have everything such as Salt&Pepper, Ketchup and everything else."He replied.
I just nodded,He took me in the back and showed me where I can put myself which was a small locker with a combo lock.I typed my combination number in and sat my purse in there and my jacket.
"Okay Mia here comes customers,good luck." He said and went behind the cash register.
Two little kids and there mom sat at table one,I took a deep breath and went over there."Hi my name is Mia,may I take your order?"I asked.
"Yes we would like 3 things of pancakes,orange juice for the kids and i'll have coffee Black."She replied, smiling.
"That will be ready shortly."I replied and gave the chef the slip of paper.
I went to the next table and took there order and it went on like that for alittlebit,I gave table 1 and two there order but the other ones are waiting.
"Mia your break is in five-minutes."The manager said and I nodded.
I went to the other tables and gave them their orders."Thank you."They replied politely.
I took my apron off and went in the back to go do my business and see if I got any texts.;I had two texts and one miss call from my mom I checked my voicemail first.
Mia, it's mom we haven't spoken much lately,I heard you have a job,tht is really great,give me a call I really miss you and your dad and I are thinking about coming to see you in a few weeks,call me love you... I deleted the message and then checked my text the first one was from Lilah.
Hey girl, i'm out of classes now,just seeing how your first day is going,txt me back if you can.
The second one was Harry: Hey babe,just seeing how your day is going,can't wait to see you.Xx
I texted them back and then I went out to get some fresh air,I ended up running into Danielle and Perrie.
"Hey girlies."I said,ginving them a hug.
"Hey, how is your first day going?" They asked.
"Good, were so busy though."I replied.
"It looks like it." Perrie said.
"You still coming over for movie night?"She asked, hopefully.
"Yes." I said.
She smiled and they left because they were meeting Zayn and Liam at the Mall.My break was now over and it was 9:00 I still had four hours to kill.I know I was a waitress but the Manager Bob made me go behind the Cash registe to rang people up.
"Your total is 6.50." I replied and they gave me a twenty
"Your change is 13.50, have a nice day."I replied and they said thank you.
A couple of hours later:
It was 1pm and it was the end of my shft,I had to work 9-5 tomorrow.
"Bye gang I'll see you tomorrow."I said and walked out,Harry was parked out front.
"Hey, I didn't know you were picking me up."I said, kissing him lightly.
"I wanted to surprise you."He said, smiling.
"Oh." I said.
We arrived at Danielle's and went inside,everyone was already I seen Lilah on Niall's lap as usual.i don't know how she is going to handle it when they go on tour.Neither will I.I needed to tlk to Harry about something before we watched the movie.
"Harry can I talk to you for a minute."I asked nervously.
He nodded sowly and we went into the bedroom.
"What is it love?" He asked.
"Well my parents are coming in a few weeks and I was wondering if you wanted to meet them?" I asked.
"Sure,but why are you nervous?"He asked amused.
"Because we only have been dating for a short time."I pointed out.
"No it's cool, I want you to meet my mom soon anyways."He said, happily. He loved his mom.
We went back into the living room and sat by Liam and Danielle."Soo what movie are we watching?"Lilah asked.
"We are watching 'The Lucky One'."Danielle replied.
"Yay,Zac Efron is hot."I said.
"Mine."Harry said possesively.
"Don't worry,you don't have to be jealous."I said and gave him a kiss.
"Get a room."Zayn yelled.
I threw a pillow at him and Perrie laughed."Your suppose to be on my side."He pouted, Perrie gave him a kiss.
"Alright everyone. i'm starting the movie."Danielle said,we quieted it down.
The previews were on the screen and I cuddled agaisnt Harry I was kinda cold to."Here take my hoodie."He said.
I put it on and layed my head on his chest.Everyone Awed.I blushed and we began the movie.An hour into the movie I noticed we all were starting to fall asleep,I was tired from work I know that and lilah from school.But we all managed to finish the movie.
"So what now it's only 3:00."Zayn said.
"How about we have dinner outside and go swimming." Niall said.
"I dn't have a swimsuit here."Lilah and I said in unison.
"You guys can borrow one of my new ones."Danielle replied, and we followed upstairs.

We went into the bathroom and changed.After that we went downstairs and the boys were in there swiming trunks,I was looking at harry mostly his abs showing:http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/app. We all went outside and jumped into the pool,we played Volleyball and chicken,it was now time to eat.
"Alright everyone eat up." Danielle said.
Everone ate and afte rawhile we all went home...
