Stay With Me

Its late, about 9:30pm. Tori is running around the house, Theo waddling behind her. Every one else just sits on the couch and catches up with each other.

As Niall listens to something Greg is saying, he hears a loud thump noise come from the door to the stairs. Then crying..lots of it.

Him and Greg get up and run to the door. They open it to find Theo crying and Tori crying.

''Baby what's wrong?''He asks her as she holds her hands over her mouth and nose. ''Me and baby fell.''Her soft voice muffled by her hands.

''Are you okay?''He asks and moves her hands. But instead of her being okay, her noise and lip is busted. Theo's lip is busted to.

''Ow..Daddy! It hurts! Fix it!''She screams and he picks her up.''I am I am, calm down.''He says and quickly makes his way to the bathroom, downstairs..

He sits her on the sink and wipes her noise with some toilet paper. He holds it up to her nose, waiting for it to stop. ''Daddy.''She mumbles and he takes his other hand and holds hers tight.

''Its okay babe..I'm right here.I'm gonna fix it.''He whispers to her. She nods assured by him. Patiently they wait.

Its been about fifteen minutes. So Niall removes the toilet paper to find her nose has stopped. Niall then throws all the bloody toilet paper away and gets a rag from the cupboard. He damps it with warm water and wipes her nose, gently, off.

He then moves to her lip, which he just dabs lightly. It clears up fast.''Baby, you can't run up stairs okay.''He says and she nods.

''Daddy..am I in 'touble?''She asks him.''No.Baby..you didn't do anything. You just have a little boo-boo.''He mumbles and she nods,a light on her face now.

''Now, lets go get ready for bed , okay?''He says and she nods lightly again.He picks her up and takes her into the bedroom he stays in when he comes over. He sees Jana is sitting there biting her nails.

''Everything okay?''She asks and he nods.''i o'tay Mama, Daddy fix it.''Tori says as she yawns and lies in the middle of the bed.

Niall takes his clothes off,left in his boxers as usual, and he turns the lights off. He gets under the cover and Tori cuddles up to him.

''Good night Jana..sleep tight baby.''he mumbles.''Good night.Love you.''She says.''Love you too.''he replies and kisses the top of Tori's head.

Then he says,''Good night Tori..I love you cupcakes.'' ''Night Night Daddy..I wove you too.''She says and squeezes his torso tight.

He smiles and closes his eyes, hopefully he will get a good rest..
