Page’s POV

As soon as I got home, I called Cindy and told her what happened.

“I don’t know, Page. Want me to come over?” She asked.

“No. I’ll be fine.” I told her.

“Alright. Call me if you need me. Love you, sis.”

“Love you too, Cindy . . .”

I placed the telephone back in its cradle and sighed.

Why did Harry reject me?!

Rejection is a pain in the ass.

I was raised to be the type of person who can take rejection, but no matter how much I try I just can’t take it.

It’s too hard.

I’ve always avoided boyfriends and crushes in the past because of my fear of being rejected.

And then I met Harry.

I thought he was different but I guess my conscious was right, and he’s just like what they say in the Magazine’s.

We aren’t even really dating so why does this hurt so much?

I gulped down the tears that threatened to spill out at any moment and got ready for bed.
