Ch. 30 Going On a Trip
Niall’s P.O.V.
*a week later*
“Ok mom yeah we’ll be there tomorrow ok yeah alright bye mom.” I hung up the phone and minutes later Lyric entered the room.
“Who was that” she asked
“Oh that was Zayn” I lied and she just nodded
“Ni you wanna go to the gym.” She asked putting on her shoes.
“Yeah sure just give me a minute to go change.” I said and she smiled and nodded.
“Come on niall” lyric grabbed my hand and pulled me inside the gym. She pulled me towards the treadmills.
“Ok we are gonna start off with something easy.” She said smirking.Rolled my eyes and she just giggled. She got on the treadmill and started on level nine out of twelve and I started on six first and I gradually increased the speed. But by the time I got on ten she was on twelve running like hell. And she turned to look over to me and she was slightly smirking so I decided to kick it up a notch I increased the speed up to twelve too. But I didn’t last long she again turned to me and I met her gaze, and I lost focus thus the treadmill sent me down to the ground with a loud thud. And I groaned when I came in contact with the ground and I could hear lyric laughing. She stumbled over to me her face red with laughter. And my face flushed with embarrassment.
“Oh my god are you ok ni” she said in between laughs and cupped my face. No I’m not ok I just basically flew off the goddamn thing and hit the ground no I’m not ok.
“yeah no I’m ok” I lied holding back to pain.
“oh god you’re such an idiot” she smiled and shook her head. She pulled me towards her. My head on her chest and she placed her chin on top of my head.
“Jesus I wished I videotaped that.” She said pulled away and looked at me rubbing her thumb over my cheekbone.
“shut up” I said playfully. She got up and helped me up.
“Ok treadmills are now a safety hazard so I guess we can do weights.” She said looking around. “Can I trust you not to drop a weight on your foot.”
“Yes” I laughed. We both walked over and picked up weights.
Lyric’s P.O.V.
“ok I’m done” I said putting down the sixty pound weights back on the racket.
“so I win” niall asked.
“Ah crap I forgot about that.” I said throwing my hands up in the air.
“Haha so I do win” niall said before running over and picking me up and throwing me over his shoulder.
“Niall put me down” I said giggling.
“Ok ok I’ll put you down” he said placing me down.
“Thank you” I said sitting down and laying down on the ground tired. Niall placed his hands on either side of my face and his body hovered over mine. and before I knew it he lowered his body and he placed a kiss on my lips and he soon pulled up.
“what are you doing” I asked
“I’m doing pushups” he said before planting a quick kiss.
“and why do I need to be here.” I said raising eyebrows.
“I need you here for motivation.” He said kissing me again.
“Whatever” I said and he chuckled. He lowered himself down again placing another kiss to my lips but this one last longer. I placed my hands on his chest and I pushed him up forcing him to pull away and I bit my bottom lip.
“oh before I forget when we get home I need you to pack.” He said again pecking my lips
“What why” I asked confused
“We are going somewhere.” He said
“Obviously but where” I asked
“You’ll see when we leave tomorrow morning.” He said and I scoffed.
Niall’s P.O.V.
“Come on niall tell me where are we going.” She pleaded
“I’m sorry princess it’s a surprise.”
“Man you suck” she said she crossed her arms and laid back in the car seat.
I unlocked the door to the flat and she went straight into the room and I followed. When I walked in she was already packing.
“Can you at least tell me how long we’re gonna be staying”
“About two days” I said and she nodded. The only reason I didn’t wanna tell her that I was gonna take her back home to meet the family is so she won’t get nervous or something. I don’t want her to think that she has to change for my family so I won’t tell her.
“Oh and by the way you might want to take a dress.” I said
“Oh my god you’re killing me niall.” She exclaimed
