Skylar's P.O.V
I flop down on my bed exhausted from today, I had a ton of work to make up. My phone suddenly buzzes, I pull it out and see that Rachel texted me asking me to meet her at Luke's. I sigh softly but decide its better then sitting here worried about college. I hop off the bed and throw on some skinny jeans and a random top, I head to the bathroom and fix my make up, smiling at my reflection.
I hurry out of the room and head over to meet Rachel, once I get there I knock on the door smoothing out my outfit. Calum opens the door and smiles, "Hey, Skylar!" He pulled me into a bone crushing hug and dragged my into the main room with his arm around me, we come to a sudden stop, making me almost trip. "Jeez, Cal." I laugh, punching his arm.
"Skylar, hey, I didn't know you'd be here." I looked up and met Luke's eyes, "Rachel invited me, but I could always go." I slip out of Calums grip and walk back to the door with my head down, I guess you could say whenever Luke and I are in the same room things get awkward. "Wait, Skylar!" I stop and spin around, raising an eyebrow at Calum.
"Yeah?" I ask, "What happened between you and Luke? He hasn't really talked to us since you guys, ya know, broke up?" Calum said, scratching his head. "Luke and I weren't really ever together, I guess he got sick of me," I respond, crossing my arms. "Luke and I called it quits, we're only friends now, his call."
"Oh, well he's been torn up about it." Calum told me in a hushed tone, "If he's so torn up about it, why did he-" I begin to say, but stop when a loud thump comes from the main room, we both run over there and see Ashton and Louis throwing punches at each other. "Stop!" Rachel shouts in a panicked tone, I run over to them and grab Ashton's hand and shove Louis away.
"Asshole. Dick." Louis and Ashton mumbled, Louis ran to the door and Ashton ran to his room, leaving Rachel looking in both direction like she's torn between the two. She finally runs off into Louis' direction, I flop down on the couch, regretting coming here. My phone goes off, signaling I have a new text.
I pull out my phone, laughing when I see the picture Harry sent me.

(H- Harry, S-Skylar)

H- I'm boreddddd where are you????
S- At a friend's house, you?
H- I'm at some random party, its lameeeee
S- Why's that?
H- Because you're not here!!!
S- Are you sure that's the reason? Not because they ran out of beer and all the girls left?
H- Well..
S- That's what I thought.
H- Oh come on, Skylar! Meet me somewhere?
S- And why would I do that?
H- Because I saved your life?!
S- ...Fine
H- VICTORY IS MINE
S- How are we friends?
H- We're not friends ;)
S- Shut up, where do you want to meet up?
H- How about the track?
S- Sure.
I slip my back into my pocket and stand up, nearly screaming when I see Luke leaning against the walll staring at me. I quickly walk past him, about to run out of the door but feel a hand grab by arm. I turn around and slam into Luke's chest, "I'm sorry." He whispered, wrapping his arms around me. I stiffen up at first, but do the same. "Skylar, would you please go on a date with me?" Luke asked, squeezing me tighter.
"But I was just about to-" I begin, but cut myself off. With a small sigh, mentally apologizing to Harry, I answer him, "Okay."
