Tricia’s POV

I shot up immediately, wondering where I was. There was a couple of beds that were empty. Oh, I’m just in my room. What time is it? I have a class at 10:30. I looked at the time. It read 10:45. Shit, I’m late. What am I going to do now? I pulled out my phone and dialed Zayn’s number. He picked up on the second ring.

“Hello.” He said. He sounded like he just woke up. He has an amazing morning voice.

“Sorry for waking you, but what are you doing today?” I asked.

“Well, I have class at 10:30. After that I was free. How about you?” He asked.

“Zayn, it’s 10:45 right now. I think we both overslept.” I told him.

He started freaking out. I heard shuffling coming from the other end. I guess he was trying to get some clothes on. I put my head on my knees and just sat there, waiting for him to get back on. What was I going to do? I missed one of the most important days out of the whole year.

“Get dressed. We’re going to get something to eat, then walk around.” Zayn said. It would be nice to get out, but I haven’t been to a class for a couple of days. I knew I should’ve chosen online school. It would’ve been more convenient for my lazy bum.

“Alright. Talk to you in a bit.” I said.

“Bye, Tricia.” Zayn said. I sighed and got out a pair of grey skinny jeans along with a black “Come at Me Bro” shirt. I smiled to myself. What is he going to think when he sees me in this?

I put on my clothes and got out my Oreo Jordans. This were the perfect shoes and I loved them so much. I’m what people would call a sneakerhead. A sneakerhead is somebody who loves all types of gym shoes. More specifically, it is if you love Jordans, Nikes, Adidas, Vans, or Converse. Lucky me, I love all of them. Those are what I wear the most. I know what you’re probably thinking. This girl is crazy, but she has swag. Another thing you’re probably thinking is she’s a girl. But there’s tomboys out in the world and I’m one of them.

There was a knock on the door. Shit, I didn’t do my hair. I ran to the door and answered it. There stood Zayn, smiling at me. His eyes scanned my whole body, looking at everything. He reached his hand out but recoiled it at the last minute. I smirked.

“Are you ready?” I asked. He looked up at me and smiled. He nodded and grabbed my hand.

We walked in silence for a couple of minutes. Both of us kind of enjoying each other’s company. People kept giving me and him dirty stares for being with each other. I’m just like people he doesn’t like you get over it. Zayn squeezed my hand and lead me into the school’s famous restaurant. Yes, we have a famous restaurant. The food is really good and almost everybody on campus eats there.

“How many?” The hostess asked. She had long wavy blonde hair with small pursed lips. She looked like the kind of girl who gets every guy she wants.

“Table for 2.” Zayn said.

“Right this way.” She said, flashing me a smile. I shook it off and followed her to a table. Zayn pulled out a chair for me and I sat down.

Zayn looked marvellous in this light. It was perfect. It brought out his eyes. Oh, how adorable those eyes was. The shape of his face was even better. I was a lucky girl. The luckiest one out there.
