Tricia's POV

He grabbed my waist as we dance to the loud music. Our bodies moving in sync. I hadn't told Rachel or Sky about this party that I was invited to. One, I can't let her know that much about my life. Two, I felt like being alone with him. I don't know why I sneak around with him, even though he is mostly known around school and he's one of Harry's friends.

"You're so sexy!" The Bradford accent yelled in my ear.

"Thanks, Zayn!" I laughed and continued grinding on him. This felt so right, but so wrong. Why didn't I see this before? I used to be a horrible dancer, but Zayn changed that in one night. He made me better.

The song changed to something more slow. Zayn twirled me around and put his arms around my back. My hands wrapped around his neck. I stared into his wonderful hazel eyes. They were beautiful in this lighting at the party.

"This song is amazing." Zayn exclaimed. The song that was playing was "All of Me" by John Legend.

"It is." I said, smiling and probably blushing. "Why do we have to sneak around?"

He looked off into the crowd, obviously avoiding my question. He sighed, then looked down at me.

"I don't want to. We're just on a trial period right now. I want to see if you are going to work before we go public with it over campus. I wouldn't want you hurt if we broke up and everybody knew about it." Zayn told me.

"Oh. I understand. Do you think we'll ever be more?" I asked. I really wanted to be with him. Okay, I'm not desperate. I just need that one person that I can fall back on. Somebody who could take my stubbornness and love it. I'm tired of having relationships where people hate me.

He nodded. "Can I ask you something?" I nodded. "Can we share a kiss?"

I nodded and leaned in. He connected our lips. I felt the sparks and butterflies go off in my stomach. This kiss was perfect. Mine and his first kiss that we shared, out of all the times we snuck out this was the first one. The song ended and Zayn pulled away, smiling from ear to ear.

"That was amazing." Zayn said.

"Yeah. It was. Thank you for a perfect night. I have to go now." I said. My face heated up with embarrassment. Lately, I've been doing that to him. Leaving, but I have to as nobody is supposed to know about us hanging out. He looked down, hurt. "I'm really sorry, but can we hang out tomorrow?"

"Yeah. I guess." He said. He hugged me and kissed me one last time. Then, I ran off towards my dorm room. When I got there, luckily they were asleep. I laid down in my bed, staring at the ceiling.

"I love you, Zayn Malik." I said, then I drifted off to sleep.
