"It's got rooms for all of you basically, and there's plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen is massive and as long as we've done the shopping it will have plenty of food." We were going through the breeze way to the kitchen, then to the dinning room, and then to the entertainment room. "It's got surround sound and those chairs are literal heaven to sit in." I pointed out. "Go on have a seat." They all plopped down.

"God, Lex, the ceiling is so high." Eleanor said with her head flung back resting on the back of the couch.

"It makes the sound so much better though." Harry defended.

We went up the stairs to the bedrooms.

"A couple of them have a king sized bed, and the other two rooms are plenty big but we but a couple full sized beds in them." Harry spoke. Zayn went and sat on the bed across the hall from the one Perrie went in. Eleanor and Dani were looking out the window of one of the rooms with the smaller beds.

This was also the first time I was seeing things all put together. It was like my dress in the same way I wasn't expecting it to look so nice.

"And on the third floor we have our bedroom. and balcony." Harry had taken over the tour as I was just as amazed as our friends. As I looked out the window to our four acres of land Harry came up next to me, putting his arm around my shoulders and kissing the top of my head.
"It's even better then I expected." I whispered. The sun was just going down, the sky taking to lovely pinks and oranges.

"This bed is absolutely huge!" Louis said kicking his shoes off before jumping onto the bed. Niall jumped up with him making a mess of the pillows. We turned to see them jumping happily on top the black comforter sitting peacefully over it.

"Hey now!" I yelled. "No jumping on the bed!" Is what I spoke, but the part of me that was influenced by Louis also wanted to jump on the bed with them. Eleanor took his hand yanking him down off the bed reprimanding him for his wrong doing like he'd been a child.

Dani was looking into our bathroom, and Zayn was with Perrie looking at our closet. Liam stood out on the balcony staring in at Dani. I ducked out of Harry's grip to see what the big guy was think about.

"You miss her?" I walk past him to the railing to look out at the garden. He turned joining me.
"I'm happy for you and Harry, I really am, I just kind of thought it's be me and Danielle to have this, you know?"

"I'm sorry things haven't been ideal for you two."

"It's not your fault and this is so awesome." He looked down. "I do miss her, a lot."

"I know, have you talked to her at all since the wedding?"

"No, she doesn't want to to talk to me. I mean I've tried, but she just won't hear me."

"Do you know why?"

"She's had enough."

"Who'd had enough?" Harry asked as he came out joining us.

"Dani." Liam looked at him, sadness about to fall from the corners of his eyes. Harry immediately opened his arms to hug him. I put a hand on his back to rub comforting circles.

"She'll see what she's missing soon enough and then you'll have her back." Louis came out with Zayn and Niall after they'd seen us out here. I went back inside to find Danielle.

"She ran off." Eleanor said. We took off down the stairs to find her. When we did she was sitting in the bathtub of one of the bathrooms on the first floor.

"Hey, Dani." We crawled in with her, tugging her close to us for a hug.

"It's just I know how much it kills him every time he has to see me. And it just complicates things when we all get together like this." She sobbed into our shoulders.

"No, hey. You're my friend just as much as he's my friend, kay?" Eleanor spoke.

"He just misses you is all." I offered truth.

"But that's the thing, as much as I do miss him, I don't. I will always love him, but it just wasn't working."

"Who's to say that it won't start working?" I tried for the sake of both my friends.

"What if it doesn't though. I just- I can't take it. What would make this time different?" We didn't have anything to say to that. She was right, it never really worked out right between them. And it takes a toll on her. After a while of her crying she spoke again. "I'm sorry, ruining you're homecoming."

"Nah, don't worry about it. I missed you guys, I'm glad I can be here for you." I hugged her again. When we broke apart, the three of us sat there in silence.

We stood when we heard the boys thump down the stairs laughing.

"It will be all right." I assured Danielle as we left the bedroom. "What shall we order in for dinner?" I asked as the boys approached us in the hall. Harry's eyes lit up. He mouthed the word pizza. I giggled. Their eyes fell on me begging for a explanation.

"While we were away we'd put pizza as one of our options for a meal, and every night, it's end up being pizza or something else, but we'd always choose something else. Every night this happened."

"Everything else just seemed better then pizza."

"Well, it is your home coming, if you want pizza, we shall have pizza." Dani declared, a new found happy tone in her voice.

"Pizza it is." Harry confirmed pulling out his phone to look up good pizza places around here.

"What do we want?" His eyes were focused on the screen as he spoke.

After a long debate, it was decided three large pizzas would be plenty; one cheese, one supreme, and then one meat lovers. It was our typical order, complete with the meat lovers, was always intended for Niall's consumption.

"Cheesy bread!" I called just before Harry was about to hang up.

"And can we get a couple orders of cheesy bread with that... all right.... thank you, you too."
Harry then joined us in the living room, we had my old game of Apples to Apples out and we were just about to start.

"The word is 'tragic, terrible, horrible, bad." Liam began. We threw down our cards. He studied them carefully before choosing Tom Hanks.

"Look whose winning now!" Louis yelled.

"Chill out winner, it's only the first round." I put on my game face, I wasn't going to let him win. I wasn't going to let anyone beat me, I knew how to play the game better then everyone else.

The pizza came about a half hour later, which proved to be the perfect timing as Louis was on the verge of having one more green card then me. I stood to pay the guy while Harry went to the kitchen to retrieve plates.

"Who wants to run to get drinks with me?" He called coming back into the living room. Louis and the boys stood going to meet Harry by the door. "We'll be back in a like ten minutes, please don't eat all the pizza." He kissed my temple and walked away.

Harry's Pov

Liam had been with Danielle through it all. Apart from us lads, Dani was always there. Dani was just as much part of the family as Eleanor, Perrie and Lexi. And I guess she'd still be there, but I'm not going to pretend it's a little weird. She wasn't with Liam anymore, they weren't a thing anymore. And after talking with Liam on the balcony it sounded like they wouldn't ever be a thing again. Liam loved her, he always would, and I'm sure Dani would always love Liam, but I guess she just had enough.

"Liam, are you sure you've tried everything?"

"I think so. I mean I thought I did. She doesn't want to get back together." He seemed frustrated.

"I mean, did you apologize and tell her you were wrong? What even happend this time?"

"Harry, just leave it alone. Danielle and I aren't ever getting back together. She doesn't want to!"
By then we were turning into the parking lot for the store. Dropping the conversation we walked in quickly picking out a few different flavors of pop and leaving. When we got back to the house the boys and I got out of the car.

"Liam, I'm sorry. I'm just trying to figure out why, you know?" Liam stared at me, his eyes dull and sad. More grey then brown. His skin pale and tired. And then he turned to leave.
Hearing Lexi's laugh when we walked in made a smile comme to my face covering the tension from the car ride.

"Thanks for waiting." Louis gestured towards the the untouched pizzas. Lexi stood coming to my side and follwoing me into the kitchen.

"You all right?" She got out the plates.

"You saw that?" I turned to her.

"Yeah."

"I made Liam upset."

"Even more then this Dani thing he's going through?"

"Yeah, but I really did try to apologize to him but he just walked away." She hugged me.

"They'll come around and be back together in no time." Then she took the plates and cups out the living room for everyone to start eating.

Lexi sat next to me on one side and Louis on the other. The pizza was good, but I only managed to eat a slice due to the tension with Liam. But I sat there watching the film just like old times. Which aren't even that old.

It was hard not to think that things weren't different. It was the same group of friends and everything, but it seemed a lot was different. Lexi and I were married and Liam and Dani were not together.

I was happy that I was a husband, but it was weird that Liam wasn't. All of us thought he'd be the first to be a husband. Him and Dani were so close and so in love. And no one knew what happened between them.

Before I knew it, Dani and I were the only ones wake.

"Hey, Dani?" I whispered.

"Yeah?" She sounded tired.

"I know it's not my business, but what happened between you and Liam?"

"I know what you're trying to do Harry," she was shaking her head.

"He loves you."

"I know, and I do love him, but it's over. Liam and I, we're not getting back together."

"But-"

"No. Can't you guys see I have had enough. I love him, but I can't anymore, I really really can't."

"I'm sorry." I looked down at the sleeping Lexi cuddled up to my chest.

I think I've got an ending, there's still quite a bit of editing I'll need to do to it, but it should be up before the month is over, maybe....
