I decided to play along as the new girl, no harm could come from it, since he didn’t know me know me, “Um, hey.” I fiddled with the thumb holes on my sleeves, playing anxious with him.

“You look…interesting…” he replied.

I snapped up and watched him closely, “Do you have a problem?” I snapped, regretting it, after he gave me a look.

“You look like you’re from Halloween freak!” This boy name Louis yelled as he walked over, patting Liam’s back in guy friendship, “Lets go before this freak contaminates you.” He winked at me and dragged Liam away.

I glared at their proceeding back, who cares what he thinks, there are plenty of other people that will react to my new style.

“Whoa, nice outfit.” Some preppy girl scoffed at me, walking away laughing with her friends.

“It isn’t October yet!” Someone clipped me in the shoulder, as I spun to see who the culprit was.

What the hell? I pushed back the oncoming tears that threatened me, as I pushed through the whispering crowd to the bathroom.

I stare at myself in the mirror, wondering what was wrong with the outfit.
