''Why do you care so much about me?''

His words slapped the grin right off of my face. He sounded frustrated and worried, but he tried not to show it. I kept looking at the road, thinking of what I should reply.

''Um, maybe because I just do?''

''Yeah but why?'' he said, sounding a bit more frustrated.

''Because maybe I'm just a really caring person?''

''Yeah, stop wasting your time then.''

''Wh.. What?''

''I'm not worthy of your time,'' he said, turning his whole body to try and look at me in the eyes but I was driving so I couldn't look back. ''so stop wasting it.'' he said, sitting back down again, both of us facing the road ahead of us.

''I'm not wasting my time with you.'' I said, sounded sincere.

We reached his house and I stopped my car. I don't know why, but he didn't open the car door to leave, instead he signaled for me to continue by turning his head to stare at me while I stared back. ''And in all honesty, I had a very relaxing time today with you.''

I sat straight, my head facing the road ahead of me once again while sighing. ''We didn't do much but... I enjoyed it, you're a good guy Harry, stop trying to prove me otherwise.''

He just sat there, taking in my words. Uncomfortable silence filling the car.

''I'm not trying to prove anything to you, Alice. Stop pretending that you care about me. I hate hypocrites.'' he mumbled.

At this point I was furious, I would gladly kick him out of my car and drive away. But I held my composure and just said.

''Get out of the car Harry.''

Immediately his facial features softened.

''Wha-''

''I said get out!'' I almost yelled at him. My eyes were watering with tears of sadness and fury. He was acting so thoughtless. I want to help him and he insults me in return? No. I want him out of my car right now.

''Alice..'' he sighed, looking at me.

''What?'' I replied, getting even more frustrated by the second if that is even possible. He stayed silent. Just staring at me. With an apologetic look.

''I'm trying to help you Harry. Aren't you curious as to why you have nobody? I want to be your friend because one day you will need one and no one is going to be there for you! But you're not thankful and that's just inconsiderate. So get out.'' I couldn't hold the tears in any longer. Harry saw this and his eyes widened just a bit.

He sighed and opened the car door.

''Goodnight, Alice.''

''Whatever.'' He stepped out and looked at me one last time before closing the door and walking towards his house. I started driving away.

I parked my car and got in my house. He is so stubborn! I sat on the couch not even thinking about Harry, but thinking of how I will sleep tonight, alone.

I grabbed my phone and called Niall.

''Hey, Niall.''

''Hey Alice, what's up?''

''Um, nothing I was just wondering if you could come by my house? For a movie?'' I said, sounding desperate.

''Now?''

''Yes?''

''Um, sure! I'll be there in five, and I'll bring pizzas.''

''So...which movie would you like to watch?''

''Umm.. I'm fine with any movie as long as it is a comedy one.'' I answered, I just need a laugh right now.

''Okay then we'll watch 'Get Smart'!''

''Fine with me!'' He put the DVD in the DVD player and joined me on the couch.

We started eating when I realized he brought 3 pizzas.

''Why did you bring 3 pizzas?'' I turned to look at him and started laughing really hard. His mouth full of pizza and he shoved more in his mouth. He turned and faced me with a questioning look.

My laughter turned into giggles and I pointed at the pile of pizza boxes on the table.

''Why so many?'' I asked.

''What? I haven't eaten all day, give me a break.''

''Niall, the last time I saw you eating was 5 hours ago at school and you bought two cheeseburgers, a salad and fries.''

''Your point?'' I started laughing at him again. He was so clueless and hysterical. I calmed down after about ten minutes and we continued watching the movie.

I was snuggled up to Niall with a blanket over us when the movie finally ended. I love Anne Hathaway and Steve Carell in this movie!

I turned my head to see Niall and he was still eating. Seriously isn't he full already?

''Liked the movie Nialler?''

''Loved it! And the pizza as well!'' I giggled and stood up to put another movie in. This time I decided to put Accepted in. It's an old movie and I must have watched it a thousand times but I still love it.

I sat back down and cuddled with a now full Niall. I pulled the blanket on top of us and pressed play.

The movie was about to end when my eyelids got heavier, and heavier and soon I was in a deep sleep.

I woke up in my bed. The covers were over my body and I was still in my clothes from last night. Niall must have carried me to my bedroom yesterday and left. I got up and saw a note on my bed-side table.

'You slept almost on top of me last night so when the movie ended I carried you to your bed and left. Thank you for the movie night! p.s I took the pizza leftovers. - Niall.'

I smiled at the note and placed it back down. It was Saturday and mom is going to be home any minute now. I better start making some breakfast for us.

Pancakes it is.

To Mommy:
-What time are you coming home?

About five minutes passed and I was making pancakes when I received a message. It must be mom. I was wrong.

From Nialler:
-Heyy Alice I was wondering if you wanted to hang out with me and the boys.. You in? xx

To Nialler:
-Ofcourse, I'll come by your house in an hour..xx

From Nialler:
-Okay, see you then! x

I then received a text from mom.

From Mommy:
-I'll be there in 10'.. xx

To Mommy:
-Well hurry up I'm making pancakes!! :)xx

I grab a plate from counter and place all the pancakes in. I apply some syrup on top and place the plate on the table along with two other plates, knives and forks and two cups of hot chocolate.

I then hear mom barge in from the front door.

''Good morning Alice baby!'' I went to give her a hug and a kiss on her cheek.

''Morning mom.''

''Sooo, how have you been all alone in the house?''

''I invited a friend for a movie and pizza night. How was work?''

At this time we were already sitting at the table eating our breakfast.

''Aww.. I wanted to watch movies too!'' We both smiled and she continued. ''Anyways, work was fine and boring as always.''

Her face turned into a sad looking one while she was talking.

''But the bad news are?'' I asked.

''That I have to go to China for some business there..'' she trailed off. I turned a bit sad as well.

''For how long?''

''A month or so..''

''You have got to be kidding me..''

''No.. I'm not.. But I promise I'll call you every day and night and you can invite friends over whenever you want to keep you company, okay?''

I didn't want to argue because it wasn't her fault. It's her job and I respect that.

''Okay.'' I half smiled at her. She smiled back and we continued eating our breakfast.

We cracked jokes and talked until we finished eating. Mom went upstairs for a nap and I finished washing the plates. I went upstairs and changed into a cute, pink sweater, some leggings and my pink uggs. I let my hair loose, brush my teeth and go downstairs.

I grab my keys and shout at mom upstairs.

''Bye mom! I'm out!''

Soon enough, I heard her faint voice shouting back.

''Okay, be safe!'' I closed the door and got in my car.

Destination, Niall's house.

So.. there you go!! I don't think it's a cliffhanger.. More like a filler so yeah.. I don't know when I will be able to update.. I haven't started Chapter 7 yet. But I'll let you guys know that it will be within this week.
