''I used to self harm.''

I could feel him tensing beneath me.

''What..?'' he asked surprised.

He let out a nervous sigh, his grip becoming loose around me. I sighed, standing up.

''I'm not anymore though. My mom... She had this lame idea, she bought me a sketchbook and told me to draw in it everyday.''

He looked at me confused and I sighed. I went to my room and got my sketchbook.

Sketchbook:

I went back downstairs and sat next to him.

''One page for each day. My mom knows I hate diaries and writing unless, it's homework or something important, so she bought me this sketchbook and told me to draw instead of writing about my day.''

I gave him the sketchbook and he opened it. His face was focused on the pages.

''All I see are sad faces and the words 'sad', 'depressed', 'mentally tired', 'death'..'' he trailed off, saying more words and pointing at them. He looked kind of intrigued by looking at it. He turned pages and the more he did he saw less sad faces and words.

The last pages were filled with smiles and words such as 'okay', 'chilling', 'happy'.. I saw him smile at this. He traced my drawings with his finger.

''Did this actually help?'' he asked with a slight smile, turning to look at me. I smiled back. It's hard not to, I mean his smile is contagious.

''Yeah, it did help a lot. I'm glad my mom did this.'' I rest my head on his shoulder and he leans his head to rest on top of mine. He puts his arm around me and he strokes my arm.

''Your mom must be very proud of you.''

''She is. I'm proud of myself too.'' We continued to talk and laugh, until it was 12p.m.

''Um, I think I need to get going.'' he said standing up.

''No!'' I grabbed his arm to pull him down again.

''Would you mind if you.. stayed?''

''Okay, 10 more minutes I guess..'' he sat back down.

''No, I mean.. sleep over?''

Realization was spread on his face.

''I don't think that would be a good idea-''

''Please? I hate being alone at night, it's scary..'' He sighed and leaned back on the couch.

''Okay, I'll stay.'' I smiled and stood up.

''Come on, it's getting late.''

''I don't have any pj's.''

''I do. You'll borrow my dad's clothes. We didn't throw everything away.''

He nodded and stood up. He followed me upstairs where my mom's bedroom was and I got him a pair of boxers, pants and a giant t-shirt. I gave them to him and I showed him the bathroom so he could change.

While he was doing that, I changed into my own pj's, polka dot shorts and a black top with a pink heart on it and my pink toms. Harry knocked on the door.

''Come in!''

''Hey, where will I sleep?''

''You can sleep in here and I'll sleep in my mom's bedroom? Is that okay?''

''Um, yeah.'' I left the room and entered my mom's.

It has been an hour since I lied in bed trying to sleep but it wouldn't get to me. I couldn't sleep for the hundredth time. I slowly got up from the bed to go check on Harry. I opened the door slightly and saw Harry sleeping. I walked near him, leaning down to see his face.

''Harry?'' I lightly stroked his curls to wake him up. His eyes opened just a little and he looked at me.

''Yeah?'' he whispered in his low, husky voice, barely audible.

Oh that voice just killed me.

''I can't sleep..'' I said sadly.

He stood there thinking for a few seconds before moving over to the other side of the bed to make me room.

He raised the quilts and patted the mattress for me to join him. I smiled and lied in bed.

''Come here.'' he said covering both of us and moving over to me, wrapping his arms around me, spooning me.

He pulled me into him even more, me feeling his chest on my back, rising and falling. He nuzzled his head in my neck, sighing. I could feel his breathing which was somehow lulling me to sleep. Finally.
