Frozen

Frozen Heart

*(Young) Kristoff's POV*

I walked in beat with the older men, heading to the pond for some ice. The air was chilly, but my good, and only, friend Sven kept me great company. He nudged my side, showing me that he wanted another carrot. I smiled, and reached into my pocket, showing him our breakfast. He took a bite, but left me enough to take a bite as well. We stepped onto the ice, my head held high. The men began to hum, and chop holes in the ice. Soon, they began to all sing, our usual daily tradition.

Born of cold and winter air
and mountain rain combining.
This icy force both foul and fair
has a frozen heart worth mining.
So cut through the heart, cold and clear.
Strike for love and strike for fear.
See the beauty, sharp and sheer
split the ice apart
and break the frozen heart
Hup! Ho!
Watch your step!
Let it go!
Hup! Ho!
Watch your step!
Let it go!
Beautiful!
Powerful!
Dangerous!
Cold!
Ice has a magic,
can't be controlled.
Stronger than one, stronger than ten,
stronger than a hundred men! Ha!
Born of cold and winter air
and mountain rain combining.
This icy force both foul and fair
has a frozen heart worth mining.
Cut through the heart, cold and clear.
Strike for love and strike for fear.
There's beauty and there's danger here
Split the ice apart
Beware the frozen heart...

I picked up my cube of ice, and put it on the sleigh.
"Come on, Sven!" I jumped onto the cool, slick ice, and grabbed the reigns. Sven moved forward, his heels clickitty, clicking to catch up with the others.

Yay!!!!! Flute buddies!!!!! Not a lot if people I know play flute, they all think its a stupid instrament that you can't really do anything with. But what I tell them is what my band teacher told me when I told him what one of my friend (I hate her guts now) said "You can do almost anything with a flute, classical, beat-boxing (which is really, really fun to do, if you have a chance to learn....do it!), and so much more." And about the "I suck at playing to," join me in!!!!!!

MOAR!!!!!
