Its been about a year since the boys left the X-Mansion and never looked back. Sure it was painful to think about but they realize that their decision was well worth it. Well worth most of it. They were still upset that the girls stopped all forms of communications with them. But they had a record deal with Simon Cowell. A long time supporter of Professor X and what he does. Sure it was all fine and dandy except sometimes when they went outside protesters would be there and yell some pretty threatening things at them.

The girls have yet to get a legit mission. They don't qualify surveying the Purifiers HQ from rooftops as a mission. But they understood everyone's concern. They were only 17 years old…nobody wanted them in any life or death scenarios. Which they didn't get because Liliya was a one woman killing machine. Well not killing but she could handle herself in battle. Being the youngest on the team really sucked. Right now they were at their usual post watching the Purifiers HQ when Liliya spots Andrew walking in. What the hell?

Andrew was put in charge of this job. He hated it and he also knew that if Liliya ever found out he would lose her forever. But his dad didn't understand. So here he was helping the 'Bad Guys' come up with these robot things to get rid of mutants. Mr. Horan called them sentinels. All he had to do was come up with design plans to Mr. Horan's liking then he was done. That's all. Hopefully he could do that before Liliya caught on. Although he had been hanging out with this new girl every so often. Niall set them up. She was nice…short brown hair and brown eyes…a nice smile. Plus she wasn't a mutant so he didn't have to worry about her accidentally hurting him like Liliya might. "So Andrew…you were friends with my son?"
"Uh I still am…" Mr. Horan frowned at that.
"Backstabbing bastard. He's in a band with mutants. He's friends with them apparently. We need to stop this spread…its unnatural what they can do. Did you hear about this Divina chick the X-Men have now? Apparently she gets new powers almost every month. She is a walking weapon…I don't like that. Its unsafe…she's unsafe." Andrew just nodded. She didn't sound like someone that should be allowed to have more than one power. He wondering how Liliya was doing with her studies at the Mansion. But this Divina chick sounded like Liliya…isn't she too young to be on the X-Men?

A Couple Days Later...

"Girls there is a mission for you…you have to go and pick up a young boy, Tyler Proy, and bring him here…he's currently at the store attempting to steal something. His mother abandoned him on the streets a few days ago." The girls nodded then went to go suit up. Their first mission! Once they were geared up, Jean Grey told them where to find him. Jean was also going to supervise although she wasn't going to intervene unless it was necessary.

Perrie was flying above the rest of them, she was glad they were finally getting a chance. Perrie honestly hasn't been herself since Zayn left but there wasn't much she can do. She gets letters from him now…he used to call everyday but stopped after awhile. But she can always count on one letter a month. She looks down and sees a huge crowd in the street. What the hell is happening down there? She really wants to go check it out but the mission means more. So she stayed on course and landing on the building across the street from the market.

Liliya gets there and disguises herself as an employee. She goes into the market while Minette tells her where Tyler is. She rounds the corner and smacks right into Mr. Horan, Niall's demon father. "Oh careful there." He was smiling at her and she just mumbled an apology then skirted past him. Then she spotted Tyler. He looked to be about 13, deep red hair, and freckles all over. 'I see him Minnie…so I just talk to him?' Liliya looked back over her shoulder to see Mr. Horan looking at some food down the aisle. Great…she walked slowly over to Tyler. He was rather short for his age. She heard Minnie in her head right before she got to where Tyler was. 'Yea I would try that approach.' Liliya took a deep breath and walked over to where the boy was crouched. She squats down next to him. Liliya looks like a blonde, 20 year old uni student, not her usual fiery red hair self. "Hi there. Can I help you?" Tyler looks at her with panic in his blue eyes. He looked from her back at Mr. Horan.
"Hey look at me. I won't let him hurt you…why don't you come with me? I have some friends who would love to meet you." Liliya smiled at him hoping to seem super friendly but it didn't work. Tyler looked at her in fear and then things started to fly off the shelves at her.
"Please just stay away from me!" Bottles were exploding and Liliya knew that she had to calm Tyler down before something even worse than exploding wine bottles happened.

Harry was down the street signing things for fans. All the boys were there. And that's when a building explodes. They were quickly ushered inside the nearest building. Niall and Liam looked scared while Louis and Zayn just looked confused. Harry went up to one of their guards. "What is going on?"
"Please Harry just go sit down. Probably just a rally gone wrong. We will leave when it is safe." Harry didn't really like that answer but obeyed. He knew that his guard didn't really know what was happening out there. Harry just hoped that everyone was okay.

Minette was with Jean when the building exploded. Her heart instantly sank…her mind flew to Liliya. 'Lilly? Are you okay? Answer me please!' Nothing. No response. This was supposed to be a simple mission! Get the kid and come back. It started to rain and Minette knew that Perrie was thinking the same thing she was. Liliya might be dead. Then she spotted a rock move, and a red haired boy appeared. Jean quickly went over and helped him out. She came back over to Minette, "You can stay and hope for the best if you want. I am going to take him back to the Mansion. Stay out of trouble." Minette just nodded while scanning the rumble for Liliya. Then out of nowhere the Purifiers came.

Perrie was down by Minette now because well Purifiers were bad news, and Liliya was number one on their hit list. Suddenly a bird shot out of the rubble and flew straight towards them. Mid flight it morphed into the red head she has become to love. Both girls started to cry tears of joy and ran over to hug her. "Lilly! Your okay!! Thank god! Jean took the boy." Perrie and Minette stopped hugging her.
"Great! Now--" That's when some guy grabbed Liliya and threw her backwards. Perrie flew up and zapped him without any hesitation. Not a deathly zap, just one to get him away. Perrie remembered what Professor said about not harming the Purifiers. He didn't want to be the one who fired the first shot.

Minette forced the people away with her mind, allowing Liliya time to run back to where she was. She was more than nervous. Minette has never seen this many Purifiers in one spot. Then she realized that Mr. Horan shot out of the market before the explosion. Then out of nowhere this giant man-machine thing lands and snatches Liliya before she can make it to Minette. "Lilly!! Perrie go send for help! What the hell is that thing?!" Minette is looking as Liliya struggles in it's grasp. She looks to see Perrie already flying off. Hopefully help will come fast. Minette will only be able to hold them off for so long. Her powers weren't as developed at Jean Grey's.

Liliya was so close to Minette then she plucked out of the sky. Now she is stuck in the hands of some metal man thing. "Let me go you oversized Tin Man!" Liliya burst into flames hoping it would melt but it didn't work. She stopped trying that and then disappeared, she reappeared behind its head. She turned into the metal the robot was made out of and shoved her arm through it, ripping out its wires in the process. Then she ripped off the head for good measure. And on the back she noticed a very familiar stamp. Stark Enterprises. She kept the head and grabbed Minette. "Come on! We need to get out of here before more come!" The sprinted to a building and exploded in. Liliya threw the head down on the ground in rage. "That son of a bitch. I will kill Andrew the next time I see him! He's making deals with the devil!" Minette picked up the head and frowned. Liliya went over and punched a hole through the wall.

"Lilly don't blame the wall. Perrie should be back soon we really ought to go outside." Minette dropped the head in disgust. She couldn't believe that Andrew would do this…he knew what they did to mutants. She could tell that Liliya was more than upset, she probably felt betrayed. Then suddenly she felt a tap on her shoulder so she whirled around prepared to fight.

Louis couldn't believe his eyes when Liliya and Minette came bursting in…holding the head to some robot. Harry just stood open but didn’t move. Zayn instantly started to look for Perrie. Louis watched as Liliya punch a hole into the wall…must have something to do with went down outside. He decided to go over and talk to her. "Minnie…is that you babe?" Her blonde head snapped around and her eyes went wide. Liliya went white and gaped at him.
"Louis…I-you-hi." Louis watched as Minette and Liliya had one of their famous mental conversations. He cleared his throat and Minette looked at him again. If anything she has gotten even more beautiful now. Then suddenly everyone was over by him.

Niall couldn't believe what he was seeing. Liliya just punched a freaking hole in the brick wall! Which only meant one thing: she was a mutant. Everyone made their way over to the girls. "Lilly…you…why didn't you tell me?" Niall looked at her for an answer.
"Niall I didn't know how--" She was cut off by Harry.
"How do you know Niall?! Do you guys like…she's the girl you have been texting nonstop isn't she?! How long have you been talking huh?" Niall was beyond confused now. Liliya glared at Harry but then returned her gaze to Niall. She seemed sad and pulled him aside. Then she hugged him and started to cry. Niall just hugged her back and tried to soothe her. "He…Andrew betrayed me…he created a thing to kill my kind." Niall was rubbing her back.
"Shhh…its okay…everything will be okay. Come on stop crying baby please." Liliya just snuggled into him more.

Harry watched as Liliya just dove into Niall's arm. He felt himself slowly break. He picked up the head of the robot and saw what made her so upset. Her once best friend has gone over to the enemy. Niall was his friend too so maybe that's why she went to him. Harry just sighed and went to put the head back until Liam grabbed it from his hands. "That prick." Liam threw the head down and went back by Minette. Harry was about to turn around when he saw a faint glow coming from Liliya. He sighed and realized that maybe he was foolish to chase after her. He ran his hands through his hair and went over to the rest of them, leaving Liliya with Niall.

Liam was beyond excited to find out that Minette was a mutant. He was, however, less excited when he saw how Louis looked at her. Of all the girls why her? He went and looked at the head with Harry. He saw the stamp and was so pissed. Andrew betrayed more than just Liliya. He betrayed Niall and him. Niall because Andrew knew how much Niall hated his dad now. Liam because Andrew knew how pro-mutant Liam was. All Liam felt was anger. He went back over and Minette seemed to be distracted. Louis was looking a bit uncomfortable and out of place. While Zayn was just staring out the window for some reason. "Minnie…um I know that you don't really like me but um…I was wondering if we could maybe--" she cut him off.
"Sure what time?" He looked at her with confusion then realized she must've read his thoughts.
"Oh um…whenever works for you. Here text me." He hands her his phone and she adds her number. She gives him hers to add his number. Then thunder sounded.

Niall had calmed her down and now she was like glowing or something, which made him chuckle. "We are going to have to do something about that glowing if it happens every time I touch you Lilly." She blushed and shoved him a bit. But something was nagging him. So he took a deep breath and asked Liliya, "What happened between you and Haz?" Her eyes saddened at the mention of his name. She looked over at him and sighed.
"We were a thing once. Not for long…we went our separate ways. I understand if you just want to stay friends because things would be too weird and I don't--" Then thunder sounded.

Liliya walked over to the window and yelled for Minette. "Time to get the hell out of here Minnie." Then she just walked out. Of course Minette followed and so did the boys. She looked up to see Perrie, so she waved. Perrie landed and ran over. "Thank god you are okay? Come on Professor wants…" She stopped talking and Liliya knew why. Zayn Malik.

Perrie couldn't peel her eyes off of him. There he was, the man she loved, standing right before her. And she couldn't move or speak. He rushed over and hugged her. "Perrie…I miss you so much. Please we can work this out. Come on look at me babe." She did and her eyes met his deep brown ones. She sighed and unhooked his arms from her.
"I don't know Zayn…we were given orders. I can't…I don't want to get in trouble. We have to go now. I'll call you later okay?" Perrie watched as Liliya hugged and kissed a blonde boy on the cheek, who returned the kiss on her cheek. She watched as Liliya awkwardly hugged Harry. Then she hugged Louis and the other guy. Minnie did the same. Liliya came over and grabbed her hand and Minette's. Then the next thing she knew she was in the foyer of the Mansion.

Liam watched as Minette and the others just disappeared into a cloud of blue smoke. Then suddenly Louis pushed him across the room and zoomed over to him. "What the hell are you doing Louis?!" Liam tried to push him off but he couldn't. The other boys are watching with wide eyes. "She's mine Payne! She was mine…I had her." Then Louis just dropped Liam to the ground and went off somewhere. Niall came rushing over to make sure he was okay. Liam went up to Harry. "What happened between him and Minette?" Harry told him what went down, the whole story. Niall looked pale after hearing that Liliya and Harry were once a thing.

Harry finished telling the story of Louis and Minette, he also told some of his past with Liliya. He saw Niall go almost white and pulled him aside. "Listen…don't feel bad for me okay? You like Liliya and she clearly likes you. She never acted like that with me. I think I was just infatuated with her. Its fine, honestly Niall." Niall seemed to relax a lot after he said that. Which made Harry feel good. He smiled and patted Niall on the back before leaving to find Louis.

Louis was at the door of the Mansion. A place he never thought he would return to because of her…yet here he is because of her. He just had to know if they were over. Then out of the corner of his eyes, he sees brown hair in a bush. He zooms over. "Hello love what are you…" He stopped talking because a beautiful girl appeared out of the bushes, blushing and looking down. Louis recollected himself and tilted her head up to look at him. "What's your name?"
"Eleanor Calder…um you're not going to tell on me are you?" Louis smiled at her and shook his head.
"No because I can't be here either. But why are you looking through the window?" Eleanor just grabbed him and pointed at Minette.
