Chapter 39
Once Harry and I got dressed we made our way out of the room, He had took a hold of my hand, and he made his way towards the door. The party was still going on, and once we made out way out the hall we happened to see, Harry's friend, and Perrie.
“Zayn, Perrie, Glad you came.” Harry had said with a warm smile walking up to them both/.
“What's up?” Zayn said looking at Harry and I.
“Oh, nothing.” He said, making me blush like crazy.
We had all made our way down stairs and Harry was hanging with Zayn so I took side with Perrie.
“So, How's you and Harry?” She said, looking at me with a smile.
“We are okay, You and Zayn?” I asked her the same question.
“Engaged.” She said showing me a ring.
“Wait, You're engaged?” I asked, shocked.
“Yes, He purposed, a week ago.” She said , smiling brightly.
I was so happy for her, I was so happy that she was getting married to the one she love. We were sitting on a couch in the corner of the room and the boys were giving us drinks. I refused to drink alcohol.
They had came back with us some cups.
“This isn't alcohol right?” I asked Harry.
“No, I checked.” He said handing me the drink. He had this smile on his face that I could not resist.
“Thank you.” I said and then began to drink it.

Once the party was over, Harry and I were walking out the party hand in hand laughing. Zayn had tripped over something, and fell, and We both thought it was the funniest thing ever. We were walking to his car now, and then we were stopped. Harry's Ex. What the fuck?
“Hey, Harry.” She said putting her hand on his chest. He moved her hand off, and his happy expression turned into a disappointed expression.
“I am glad I got to see you at work.” She said... What
Harry didn't say anything, Why didn't he say anything?
She had laughed, and then began to walk away. “Looking forward to seeing you Monday. Haz.”

Harry's pov
I had walked her to my car and opened the door for her and when she had gotten in, I checked to see if her hands and legs where in the car before I closed the door. I didn't want to hurt her, or anything to happen to her. I know I just met this girl and all but something in my head kept telling me to be protective right after that, It made a small frown on my face and I had opened the door slightly angry, and stepped in.
I sat there for a minute wanting to tell her how I felt, I couldn't get the words out of my mouth. I sighed. I just hated Jess, She was nothing but a little brat. Instead I started the car and backed up, I then punched the side of my car door just so upset thinking it was his face. Calm down, Harry or she is going to think you are a psycho, I began to do road rage down this straight away. I was also hoping no cops where around. I couldn't be acting like a mad man with her in the car. I slowed down and relaxed myself and took breathing in and out.
The drive was silent I really wanted to talk to her, But I was kind of nervous to. Maybe she didn't want to talk and Maybe I mess everything up. Anything I say can mess up everything. I seen that my car was on E so I had to find a gas station. I looked around to see if I could find one and I seen a sign that said we will be in the next city within 2 miles, Just great.I had reached a gas station, I had parked to put some gas into my tank. I sat there for a minute and then got my wallet out of my back pocket.
I looked over at her and in the sweetest voice possible I said. "Would you like anything, Love?"
She looked over at me and then shook her head, I could have been sweeter than that maybe something even more charming. I got out the car and began to walk to the door of the gas station. I walked in and a bell went off. I looked around and then began to walk to the cashier.
"May I help you?" She said a little perky for tonight kind of. For heavens sake it's going on 10 o clock. I just had to stop thinking about all this crap before I get a head ache.
"Gas on 2" I said looking outside of the car, The most beautiful girl was in there, Upset and lonely.
I handed the cashier the money and then left the store.I began to fill the car with gas and just leaned against my trunk and waited, I looked at the numbers go up until it began to slow at my price. I then put up the gas pump and closed and locked the gas tank and walked to my side of the car and drove.
I started the car and drove off, We were on this lane again. I was looking for the nearest pizza place, I might as well get a pizza. She must have been hungry, I wasn't going to let her go home on an empty stomach.I had drove to a pizza shop. I had parked in the car and then looked over at her.
"What is your favorite kind of pizza?" I asked her with a crook smile. She looked at me and didn't say anything. "Would you want to come in with me then?"
She nodded, I then got out the car and then walked on her side of the door as she opened the door. she got out and I waited for her. I really wanted to hold her hand but I honestly don't think She is ready for that. it feels like I have known her forever.
We walked in the pizza shop and the smell of pizza had hit me in the face, I was so hungry, We stood in line behind this old man, He was ordering his stuff so me I asked her if she wanted to sit down until her gets done. So we did. I let her sit across from me this time."Are you okay?" I asked kind of worried.
“Just your ex,” She said softly and sighed. “I wish you would have told me.”
"Next" The worker said to us. We were right in the middle of a conversation and I was rudely interrupted.
"Come on." I told Amelia and we had both gotten up and walked to the counter.
"What would you guys like to have." The worker began to talk.
I looked over at Amelia ."Anything?" I said, as my hand went onto her back I don't know why I had did that, but then I put my hand onto the counter to make things less weird.
"P-Pepperoni," She said stuttering.
"Small, Medium, Large?" She added.
"Large," I blurred, I couldn't help it I was hungry.
"That will be 17.25" She said and it ringed on the register.I got my wallet out and payed her."Your pizza will be ready in 10 minutes." She said and then walked off. So did we.
Amelia and I walked outside. I looked around to see if anyone was looking and they were not.
"So what about here." I asked her in a soft voice.She sat on the ground and had her head on the building which was made of brick, I sat next to her. She looked over at me."She WAS my girlfriend, I felt her, just because I wanted you." I said and then sighed.Now, I felt bad. I looked at her sad innocent face. He looked down at her hands.
“So, You always get what you want?” She mumbled.
“What?” I said in almost a whisper. This is going wrong. She doesn't understand.
“You will do the same to me.” She said, tears spilling out of her eyes.
“I would never, You know that Meli.” I said touching her arm, and then she jerked away.
“I will just wait in the car.” Her voice was trembling, She wiped her face and then stood up and made her way towards the car, I could hear her crying and it just broke my heart into a thousand tiny pieces.
I stood up again to see if the pizza was done or not, I walked in the store and went back up to the counter., The girl was standing there with the pizza box on the counter next to her."Cute couple you and the girl, Enjoy your night." She said and handed me the pizza.
"Thanks and you too." I gave a small smile and then walked off. I grabbed the pizza and walked out the door, She was still sitting there she was holding herself, She must have been cold.
“The door was locked.” She said.
I unlocked the door and then she got in without saying thank you or anything.
I had got inside and put the pizza in the back seat before starting the ignition and driving off.
“Zayn, Perrie, Glad you came.” Harry had said with a warm smile walking up to them both/.
