Sam’s P.O.V

While getting ready to take a shower my mom text saying she just saw Storm and the rogue student we were looking for a couple years ago. What the hell is happening? I am really happy with how things are going right now. Niall is my fiance, I am almost free from having to deal with my school controlling my life, and Kate and Rachel are happy. With a deep sigh I finally undress and get showered. I am going to regret not giving a fuck about Storm and the rogue student right now. But I deserve to have this break from that world. I get out of the shower and dress in something sort of nice just to tease Niall a little bit. I put on a nice purple shirt and black skirt. I know he loves when I dress up like this. I don’t dress up that much so when I do it makes NIall flustered. I tell him it is his turn to take a shower giving him a kiss on his cheek . He tells me I can’t look at the new lyrics until everyone else has heard it as well. Did Niall really tell me not to try and pick a lock? Thats funny, he knows I will pick the lock. I make sure that he is in the shower before I try and pick the lock. Well that was a fun 3 seconds. I should probably leave a note to assure Nialler I didn't look at anything. Or I can put the journal back.

I leave the journal out and leave a note on top. Heading down stairs I receive another text from my mom saying after the next leg of the tour we will have to set our plans in motion. I hate to think what I will be doing to the boys. They mean the world to us and I know that we mean the world to them. When I get to the bottom of the stairs I am distracted by Theo wrapping his arms around my leg almost tripping me.

“Hey Theo do you want to play? Where is Greg and your mommy?” I ask picking Theo up and carrying him to the kitchen.

“Hey Sam did Theo try and trip you.”Greg asks.

“Yeah he did but I’m good. When will dinner be ready?”

“In a couple of minutes. Theo’s toys are in the other room. Sam it’s nice to see Niall as happy as you make him. Please don't break his heart. I don't want to see him upset.”

Right the guilt trip thing from the soon to be brother in law. How can I do this when everything is so perfect right now? I take Theo to play in the other room. A few short minutes later I hear Niall coming down the stairs. I see the smile on Niall’s face. I walk over to Niall and stand by his side and place my hand on his back. Looking at him I see the love that I always wanted. When my mom walks in she gives me the look of “You know what to do”. I nod my head in agreement even though this is going to kill me. Niall is the love of my life and I don’t want to hurt him in anyway.

Dinner that night is fantastic. I forget how much I miss home cooked meals. Not a single word is spoken at the table. It is as if the soon to be trouble and problems can be sensed. After dinner Niall and I help clean up and then head back to our room.

It’s late at night and neither Niall or I can sleep. I can tell that his mind is running in a million different directions. I know that part of his thoughts are about me having to leave him. If only he knew how soon those fears would become a reality.

“Niall try to calm your mind. I can practically hear your mind thinking.” I say as I rest my head on his chest and he wraps his arms around me.

“Sorry love. I can’t help but think about what you said about leaving. I know you will have to leave me one day. I am just trying to get my mind around it. I knew from the time that you told me you were a spy I knew that you would one day have to leave. I know it will have to be soon since all of us have received threatening letters.”

“Hey lets not think about this right now please. Can we just think about how things are right now? We have each other now. I will not be going anywhere for a while. Remember I will always come back for you, and I will always be around even if you do not see me.”

“I know. And you’re right. I have you in my arms right now, you are my fiance. This should be what I am enjoying right now instead of worrying about the future. Can you just promise me one thing?” Niall replies with a deep sigh.

“You know I can’t guarantee anything, but you know I will try.”

“Fair enough. Just promise me that if you do have to leave soon you wouldn't tell me that you are leaving just leave. And that you will always find your way back to me.”

“I can do that. Although you know how hard it’s going to be for me to say goodbye.”
