Liam's P.O.V

"Hi son how are you? Is this your girlfriend? Wow she is beautiful. Hello sweetheart I am Liams mom." my mom says as she gives me and Kate a massive hug.

"Yeah mom this is Kate, and you already meet her brother Darren. When will our table be ready? I am starving."

We are sat at a table in the back of the room, waiting for the waitress to take our order when I spot Louis and Harry coming to the back. They are walking hand in hand like they know they aren't supposed to. Management will have a full on strop about it. Right now thats not important. What is important is the fact Louis is looking nervous as hell and Kate is nervous. When those two get nervous it’s weird and strange. I wave to Louis and Harry when they spot us, and they walk over to our table.

"Hey guys didn't expect to see you guys here. I thought the meet the parents day was tomorrow. Sorry about that i would have made our date for tomorrow." Louis starts to ramble. Yeah he is definitely nervous about something.

"Why don't you two join us at our table for dinner. If thats okay with everyone?" I ask seeing as how the fans have already figured we are at the restaurant together so might as well make it easier on Paul and eat together so we can be escorted out as one. Thankfully everyone says it's fine for them to join.

Louis sits down next to Kate after pulling a chair out for Harry. What a gentleman. I see Paul take a table close by. Louis is looking real nervous while Kate seems to be relaxing a little bit. Soon after we begin to talk about nothing of real importance the waitress comes and take our orders; at which point my phone vibrates with a message from Louis. "I really need your advice I want to ask Harry to marry me but I am really nervous. HELP!!" is all the message says. I nearly choke on my water. I glance up to see that no one noticed but Louis. Kate is busy talking with my mother who insisted on sitting next to her and have me sit on the other side of the table, next to Darren, Louis looks at me with pleading eyes.

Looking again to make sure no one is really paying attention to us I nod my head then I get up and walk towards the restrooms knowing Louis will follow. When both of us are in and we make sure no one else is in the restroom Louis locks the door.

"What is it that you need help with? You are the most confident of us all. Also have you considered what management will do once they figure out that you proposed to Harry? However I say just ask him. Suck it up and ask him. As for the nerves just take a deep breath right before and say it fast." I say fast before Louis can interrupt.

"I know that I'm normally the most confident but still this is the most life changing thing to ever happen. I can't just outright ask. Harry is the world to me. This moment is just so nerve racking; more so than auditioning for the X-Factor as a solo artist. I want the moment I ask to be perfect."

At this point Louis goes into a panic attack. I grab him and hold him tight till he calms down enough for me to let go.

"Let's just go back out and ask Harry when you feel is the right time." I say as Louis splashes cold water on his face to make it appear like he wasn't freaking out a few seconds ago. "Ready to head back out? They are probably wondering where we are."

We get back to the table to find that people have changed seats Kate is now seated next to me and Louis and Harry are sitting next to eachother. Harry smiles at Louis as he sits down and kisses his cheek; Kate just grabs my hand and gives the big smile that can light up the world and warms my heart up.

Tonight is a perfect night. I have Kate as my fiance, my parents don’t seem to hate her and her brother doesn’t seem to disapproving of us getting married. This night is one that I will never forget.
