Notorious

I awoke to a loud banging on my door, using all my strength I heaved myself up and in my zombiefied state, strolled towards the door, "I'M COMING!" Undoing the latch and turning the key, the door swung open to reveal Perrie standing there with an apologetic smile on her face.

"Didn't wake you did I?" She asked, though her face showed she already knew the answer.

"Yes" I tried to look angry but I can never stay mad at Perrie, moving to the side I gestured for her to come in, and she gladly walked past me smiling, "what brings you here Pez?"

"Just wanted to see if you were okay after last night, you zoned out again Kay and that girl nearly died" Perrie stated, pouring herself and I a glass of whiskey, she handed it to me and I necked it, welcoming the burn of the liquid into my body.

"I am fine Perrie, what happened to her?" I bit my lip remembering her paralysed body lying in a large pool of blood, the scream of terror and pain that echoed through the warehouse, sending a shiver down my spine.

"Zayn patched her up and dropped her at the hospital before she woke up"

"Will she remember anything?" I questioned, tapping my empty glass and staring into space.

"She will, but she won't say anything" Perrie nodded reassuringly. "Anyway, we made SO MUCH MONEY" she burst into laughter, and I joined her. "Go get ready the guys want to get blazed in celebration" she demanded and I obeyed.

I quickly ran to my room and changed, then I applied some make up before jumping into Perrie's car, a cherry red beetle. We started driving to the Basement, an old abandoned underground night club that Liam transformed into a safe house when we first became friends and before we were an official street gang. None of us really asked for it to happen, but shit went down and people are obsessed with labels.


As we entered the Basement, I walked across the entrance and down the small stairs, I spotted Jade on the other side of the dance floor and completely swerved the eye contact, praying she wouldn't come over to me. She is a coward, constantly hiding behind me and the gang, she is useless in all combat and cannot do anything by herself.

"KAY!" she screeched at me. I rolled my eyes and sent a stern nod her way, stopping her in her tracks, she returned back to where she was once stood. I made my way over to Zayn and he shot me a smile, his eyes glazed and red, as always.

"So, Perrie mentioned you had bud and I can see you have already started without me" I giggled and Zayn joined in, his eyes closing in laughter.

"Did she say anything else about me?" He said hurriedly, every time Perrie was mentioned he would lose all coolness and completely freak out, it was cute.

"Zaaayyynnn, your crush is showing" he cleared his throat and nodded, trying to keep his calm, and I couldn't help but chuckle lightly.

"Sorry, I'll roll one now" I smiled and then went and sat on one of the fraying blue couches next to Perrie, she turned to face me and I could tell by her expression she wanted something. I stared her down, waiting for her to drop the bombshell.

"Spill Pez" I demanded and she caved.

"Okay, okay! So someone wants to fight you." She said, carefully tiptoeing around her words

"Again?" My voice raised in shock, and everyone looked around, diverting there attention to Perrie and I.

"Some girl called Acacia, just moved into town and is having a house warming party in her miniature mansion tonight" I raised my eyebrow, signalling Perrie to continue. "Rumour has it, she wants to make a name for herself round here and she heard you were the best and she wants to fight the best" Perrie finished, batting her eyelashes in a begging manner.

"Fine" I nodded, excited for a new challenge and for a free party tonight.

"Kay the joints ready to spark" Zayn hollered.

"Sweet."
