*Alex’s POV*


"Thank you and have a nice day “I smile to another customer as I hand them there coffee and they walk off with a smile.


It was Saturday, and I continued the usual weekend routine by going to starbucks for work.


The party the other night is still a big blur for me. I never saw, nor spoke to Luke since then and unfortunately I had to walk home in the rain.... What a great boyfriend he is.


Boyfriend?


No no he’s nothing to me and never was. I am beyond pissed at him for putting me in that position and things were going great between us untill he freaked out about ashton looking at me.


First of a hot guy like ashton would never 'check me out' and Luke was just overreacting as usual. And on top of that how dare he make me chose. Ashton and I are simply friends.



Speaking of ashton. Am I dreaming or is he literally walking up to the counter.


"ah hey alex" he smiles but I dont know how he does. His nose is bruised and looks as if it’s had stitches. Ouch



"H-hi ashton. How’s the nose?"



"Its ok it getting better"



"I am so sorry for what happened the other night. I-"



"Its fine Alex, its not ur fault anyway" he sighs



"Yes but I feel somewhat responsible for what luke did to you"



I lean over and gently caress his nose trying not to hurt it but soothe it. May I say that his face feels so chiselled and feels like gods perfectly sculpt his face.
His emerald eyes stare into mine and before I realised what is happening he leans in to kiss me.



-Lukes POV-


I stare into my car window fixing my hair and making sure that the roses I bought Alex are still in good condition as I debate whether or not to walk inside starbucks.


I’m never one for romance but after realising what I did to her was wrong, I knew I had to fix things and that I can’t lose her.


I finally grow some balls and walk near the side entrance. I see her in her in her uniform, hair curled to perfection as she deals with a customer.


I fix my quiff one more time about to walk in... But stop when I see her caressing some guys nose. Then it hits me



Ashton.



She starts caresses the rest of his face and I feel an ache inside me. He leans in closer and I can’t watch anymore.



I turn around chuck the roses to the concrete, stomp on them and leave.



Fuck him, and fuck her. Oh wait Ashton is probably going to do that for me



-Alex’s POV-



"Wait ashton" I push him back by his chest before he can kiss me



"What?"



"We can’t do this?"



"Why not?"



"It wouldn’t be fair to luke"


"Fair to luke? You aren’t honestly thinking about not hurting Luke. Look at what he did to me" he sightly raises his voice



"I thought you guys are friends, why do you act like u hate him?"



"Hes a dick head alex and u deserve better" He takes his hand and puts it above mime "You deserve better" he repeats



"I-I"
I dont know what to say Luke was right. I think ashton does want to be more then friends. I should of known
"I think you should go"



"Okay But think about what I said. If u knew the real Luke u wouldn’t be with him.



What does he mean by the real luke?



I know Luke perfectly fine. Except for all those questions i still need to ask him.



What has he done to Marcel to make Marcel hate him so much?

Who is the real Luke, and why does Ashton hate him?

I couldn’t give a shit about being mad at luke anymore. I don’t care that he made me choose. But all i know that i owe him an apology because he was right.


I finish my shift and leave through the door


I almost step on some roses found, right outside the entrance.


Weird......


I grab my phone and dial my only favourite contact on my phone


Luke...



1 ring, 2 rings, 3 rings



He never picks up



I try again



No Luck



I tried calling him another 10 times



Still nothing
