*Alex’s POV*


“Oh come on! What would you rather be, a boy with a vagina or a girl with a penis?” Luke asks for the 10th time but i refuse to answer.


Currently we are lying down on his bed, cuddling, while playing the ridiculous game of ‘would you rather’


“Im not open to answering that”


He sighs then pokes at my side which earns a giggle from me and a chuckle from him


“Y-your tickling m-me” i squirm as he tickles my stomach then my sides again.


He stops then holds me close again, as we both lay on our backs watching the ceiling fan, turn around, and turn around and –


“What’s the time?” i ask


“5’clock babe”


“Shit i have to get home”


I spent the whole first week of summer break over at luke’s and my parents had no idea. Occasionally, the boys would be over here too rehearsing there new songs, and Luke would give Ashton death stares the whole time, there’s something going on with them that i have no idea about-


“Noooo please stay” he wines as i jump of the bed and adjust my clothes “You know Alexia” he starts “You’re gonna have to ditch those jeans sooner or later, its summer for god’s sake “ he teases


“You know what.. i will, cause tomorrow im going to the mall and your comin’ with”


“Great, but whats your mother gonna say about that? I’m sure she doesn’t want your flesh exposed to the earth” he teases


“I’ve said it before and i’ll say it again, don’t judge me until you’ve had my mother as yours” i joke back, but he doesn’t smile, nor laugh


Everytime i speak of mothers, he freezes......


“So i’ll see you tomorrow” i say and he unfreezes. I start to walk out when i hear him say “Aren’t you forgetting something?”



I walk back in and peck him, then leaving him wanting more.

*THE NEXT DAY*


“Ok how about these?” i ask him pulling a really cute pair of jeans off the rack and holding them up. It felt quite weird to be shopping with a boy; usually it would be becca here and not my boy-... friend? I don’t really know what terms Luke and I are on, but we should really discuss that


“Alex, we came here to buy shorts for summer not more jeans” he wines. He’s been pretty bored since we just spent an hour in the makeup section.


“Fine then what do you suggest” i ask while putting the jeans back in their place


“Those” he points to the manikin and smirks evilly


“No way-“
“C’mon, you said you wanted to change styles”


“I never said that, but ok what the heck” i say while grabbing the clothes, without a second thought


I place the clothes on the counter and Luke refuses to let me pay and takes control of that.


“Thank you, you really didn’t have to pay for my stuff”


“No problem, what my baby wants my baby gets” he winks “now, are we done yet?”


“Almost, i was thinking of going to Kmart to get some things for my room”


He playfully sighs then nods as we make our way to the furniture section.

“ooo i like this” i sequel as i pick up a cork pin board which i’ve always wanted but never got. I place it into the trolley along with the bed covers, new lamp and pillows i bought.


I pay then Luke insists to buy us ice-cream and walk around the mall.


“Ooo a photo booth!” he exclaims and points to a traditional looking photo booth and drags me over there “you should get a new picture for your pin up board!”


“Thats a great idea” i cheer and place the coin into the machine and pull Luke in with me


“You want me in the picture?”


“Yeah, why not?” i ask


“Well, i’ve never really took a picture with a girl before” he shrugs. Is it bad that I’m glad i will be the first girl to do something with Luke that another girl hasn’t? Cause to be honest, i feel as if he has done everything to every girl ever, and i mean everything


He thinks that i don’t notice all the glances girls give him as he walks in the halls at school, but i do, i see it.


“Quick the camera’s counting down” i say and straighten up my appearance, and smile as Luke hesitates to do the same.

“Next pose”


We take a silly face one, then a cuddly one. Then by the last picture he surprises me by kissing me and not waiting for my approval as his tongue roams around.


CLICK! The photo took


We ignore the fact that there are others outside waiting to take their picture, but our ‘kiss’ turned into a make out and his hands are roaming my waist, then onto my but , as we passionately kissed.


We’ve only kissed a couple of times since we met, but this was defiantly my favourite.


We walk out, collect the photo strip and ignore all the rude glares we get for holding up the booth, but i don’t care, because i’m the new alex.
