*Alex’s POV*


I jolt up from my sleep, as i hear soft, yet loud pebbles hitting against my bedroom window.


I stand up from my bed, and scratch my head softly. Who would do this at 2 in the morning?


I open the window, slightly, to reveal the tall framed boy with blonde hair and black jeans.


“Hey!” Luke calls out


“Go away Luke! I don’t want to talk or see you right now” i yell back and attempt to close the window but another pebble flies through and hits my head


“Ow what was that for?” i rub my head again


“Don’t close the window, i know your upset but I need to talk to you!” he pleads. And for the first i refuse to give into his charming behaviour


“No, go away Luke!” i yell and try to close the window, again. But I am stopped by another pebble


“Ow stop doing that!”


“Then stop trying to close the window!” he says. I know it is dark outside, but i can still see that smirk of his.


I groan to myself “Luke, leave” i demand


He standstill, and leans back onto his car with his arms crossed


“I will stay here all night if i have to” he says, and i cannot imagine my mother’s reaction to Luke standing in the driveway in the morning


“Please do” i cool “I am going back to bed” with that said, i close the window before another pebble will hit my head, again


I lay back on my bed and watch my ceiling intensely. Luke won’t stay there the whole night will he? Well technically its the morning.


After tossing and turning i just can’t fall asleep. It is only 2:30am and i have school today.


I wonder if Luke is still outside. It’s only been half an hour really.


On cue, there are banging sounds coming from the outside of the window. It is a different sound, not like the pebbles before but a throbbing, banging which is quite scary


Just like previous times, i grab my pillow and get prepared for whatever is on the other side of the window.


It opens and Luke jumps through. Me, knowing it was him still punching him with the pillow earning chuckles and groans from him, while taking out my anger out on him


“Alex its me”


“I know” i smirk “What are you doing here? If my parents see you...”


“I told you i wasn’t going anywhere, we need to talk” he closes my window and steps closer to me


“How do you keep getting up here?” i ask, and step back until i hit my bed. I remember when he picked me up for our ‘date’ he did the same thing by coming through my window and i did the same by punching him with pillows


“I climbed the tree out there. this isn’t some high rise apartment, its too stories” he shrugs


“Oh, well thanks for stopping by” i sarcastically say and point towards the window


“No, i am not leaving until we talk”


“Umm if you haven’t noticed Luke, we are talking” my sarcastic tone continues


“You know what i mean”


“Well i don’t feel like talking to you right now, so leave me the hell alone” i say


“No”


“Luke we will talk some other time just please, leave” I demand


I am proud for standing up for myself but maybe i should have been less harsh? No! Remember what he has done to you alex


Its funny, i promised Marcel to stay away from Luke yet i just made plans to talk with him


Luke nods and leaves exiting through the window and drives away.
